Abstract

一种自动清洗式双排真空管太阳能热水器，属于太阳能采暖技术领域。特点是水箱为多半圆形，在水箱对应真空管一侧设一折光面，真空管为双层交替排列，折光面上部设一横管，横管上设清洗喷头，喷头的喷淋角度是可调节的。采用该新型太阳能热水器，双层真空管可有效的利用太阳能，降低了漏光率，折光面反射光又增加了太阳能照射强度，加之定期喷淋清洗真空管，提高了真空管的吸热能力，进而大大提高了该太阳能热水器的采暖效率。

自动清洗式双排真空管太阳能热水器
本实用新型属于家庭太阳能采暖技术领域。
与本实用新型相近的已有技术是传统的太阳能热水器。由于该热水器是单排真空管，对光的利用率较低，加之长时间使用，真空管上积尘影响了光照强度，致使对太阳能的利用效率大大降低。
本实用新型的任务是提供一种双排真空管，水箱设折光面，附设洗尘装置的新型太阳能热水器。
本实用新型是这样实现的，太阳能热水器水箱1为半圆形，水箱1对应真空管2一侧设一折光面3，真空管2为双层交替排列，在水箱折光面顶部设横管4，横管4上安装清洗喷头5，喷头5的喷淋角度是可调节的。
该太阳能热水器真空管2的数量有所增加，采用双层交替排列，可实现太阳光的无缝隙照射和接受，水箱1的折光面3将一部分太阳光折射到真空管上，清洗喷头定期除去真空管上附尘，通过以上创新，可使太阳能采暖效率提高20％以上，且具有制作简单，操作使用方便，安全可靠等优点。
附图是本实用新型应用在家庭太阳能热水器上的一个制造实施例：
如图1所示：1为水箱、2为真空管、3为折光面，4为横管、5为喷头。本实用新型的框架、水箱保温处理、真空管结构、及上水、溢水系统与传统的太阳能热水器相同，水箱1，截面为多半圆的馒头形，水箱前面的折光面采用亮度较高的不锈钢板，真空管2上端由水箱折光面嵌入，为上、下双层结构，上层和下层真空管交替排列，并适当增加真空管密度，一般增加30％的真空管数，水箱折光面上端安装一横管，横管上设置一排喷头。其数量与上层真空管个数相同，其喷淋角度可调，达到全部覆盖真空管为准。安装喷头的横管采用蛇皮管与卫生间内的上水系统连接。通过三通阀门控制定期清洗真空管。

1、一种自动清洗式双排真空管太阳能热水器，其特征在于；太阳能热水器水箱1对应真空管2一侧设一折光面3，真空管2为双层结构，交替排列，由折光面3下部嵌入，在折光面上部设一横管4，横管上安装一排喷头5。
2、按照权利要求1所述的自动清洗式双排真空管太阳能热水器，其特征在于喷头5在横管4上的喷淋角度是可调的。
