Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种贮压式水溶剂灭火弹，属消防灭火装置类。森林防火已成为当今社会急迫的任务，爱护地球，保护森林资源，为人类创造一个绿色的居住环境，人人有责。但是火灾，特别是森林火灾给人类带来了灾难，为了保护人类自己，并自觉提高防火意识，已成为社会当务之急，现技术中森林灭火装置门类繁多，不能从根本上消除火灾，另外在扑火过程中使消防人员安全得不到保证，本实用新型采用的装置是由容器和压缩空气以及喷水孔，顶杆组成，使用时将该装置发射至火源处，弹头顶杆将水嘴顶开，使容器内水或灭火剂成伞状高速喷入火源以此达到灭火目的，由于该装置成本低，可重复使用，又可从空中地面进行距离灭火，因此，可广泛用于森林，及工农业防火之中。

本实用新型涉及一种贮压式水溶剂灭火弹，属于消防灭火装置类。
背景技术：
火灾给人类带来不可挽回的灾难，正因如此各类灭火方式层出不穷、应运而生，其中用于森林灭火的方法有直升飞机吊罐灭火，飞机喷洒灭火以及隔离带灭火和风机灭火等，上述方法可取得一定效果，但是存在的主要问题是，飞机灭火受飞行高度限制难起到予想的效果，采用隔离带灭火会对森林资源造成损失，风力灭火消防人员会因直接接触火源，容易受到伤害，综如上述截止目前，现技术中对于森林灭火还没有一种行之而有效快捷又安全的灭火工具。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述缺点而提供的一种贮压式水溶剂灭火弹。它可以对森林火灾实施远距离灭火，并可避免造成消防人员的伤害，又可从空中、地面对火源进行立体准确灭火。
本实用新型是这样实现的：
本实用新型是在一个压力容器内部，注入一定数量水溶剂或干粉、CO2灭火剂，再向溶器内注入一定压力的压缩空气，在容器下部有一活塞环形闸板将容器上面的孔眼封堵，活塞环形阀板用顶杆连接，从容器下部外部伸出，在容器的顶部有四个尾翼(如图)，罐体中心有一起炸装置。
该装置在实施灭火时，首先将弹体装入炮腔内，然后发射至火场中心，当弹体落地时，顶杆顶起容器内的活塞环形闸板，上移，将容器喷水孔打开，水剂灭火剂在一定压力下，从灭火弹喷水孔喷发而出，迅速扑灭火源。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有明显的优点，由于本实用新型采用了远距离灭火方式，可以避免造成消防人员的伤害，另外，灭火弹在喷射工作瞬间可形成70平方米范围内的放射状水帘带，达到了对火源迅速，精确地进行扑火目的，由于本装置结构简单，造价低并可回收使用，因此，可广泛用于工农业及森林的防火灭火。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步描述。
一种贮压式水溶剂灭火弹，是在压力容器4及其容器上端焊结有4只片的尾翼1，以及容器外顶端的发射药室11组成，其特征在于所述的压力容器下部周围有若干个喷水孔7，喷水孔位置放入一活塞环形闸板6将水孔封堵，该闸板上焊接着若干条伞状顶杆8，顶杆8从压力容器4最下端伸出容器外，在孔眼与顶杆环形空间用密封件10将其密封，并用一保险销轴9固定在顶杆上，密封体可保持容器内液体水不漏出，保险销9的作用是保证密封件在容器洩压前不脱落，洩压时顶杆8受地面撞击，使顶杆抬起，将喷水孔7露出，水流在高压下喷出；在压力容器3的右上方有一个注水、汽孔2，罐内的水是从此孔注入的。
所述的压力容器形体为圆锥形，其材质为钢质材料制做，耐压3MPa容器内可装入清水或干粉及气体灭火剂，在装入液体水时允许在其液面上部位注入压缩空气3。

1、一种贮压式水溶剂灭火弹，包括由压力容器(4)及其容器上端焊结的尾翼(1)以及容器外顶端的发射药室(11)组成，其特征在于所述的压力容器下部周围有若干个喷水孔(7)，喷水孔位置放入一活塞环形闸板(6)，将喷水孔封堵，该闸板上均匀分布有若干条罩形伞状顶杆(8)被焊结在上面，顶杆(8)从压力容器(4)下端的孔眼中伸出容器外，在孔眼与顶杆环形空间有密封件(10)密封，保险销轴(9)将顶杆固定，在压力容器(3)的右上方有一个注水孔(2)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的贮压式水溶剂灭火弹，其特征在于压力容器形体为圆锥形，其材质为钢质材料制做而成，耐压3MPa，容器内装入清水(5)或干粉、氧化碳灭火剂。
3、根据权利要求1所述的贮压式水溶剂灭火弹，其特征在于容器内只有装入液体水情况下，才可被允许在液面上部注入压缩空气。
