Abstract

一种外循环式节能发酵罐,包括罐体喷头,其特征是在罐体外侧部设有至少一根外循环管道,外循环管道上方与罐体顶部接通,下方与罐体底部接通,使得在喷头喷射气流压力和罐内超压膨胀力的共同作用下,有相当部分发酵气液(菌液)从发酵罐顶部进入外循环管道,后又在自身重力和压力差的双重作用下,这些气液又顺着外循环管道的下方回流入罐体底部,从而形成周而复始不停循环流动的发酵过程。与现有技术比较,本实用新型改变了发酵菌液在罐中的流动状态,变原来仅局限于罐体内的单向运动为外循环运动,在循环过程中循环液的每一流体质点都要通过喷头处以获得充分接触新鲜空气的机会,大大提高了发酵菌液的溶氧率,可获得优于原有技术的溶氧效果和提高发酵质量。

Description

外循环式节能发酵罐
技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种用于微生物发酵工程中所用的发酵(罐)设备设计技术,特别是一种外循环式节能发酵罐(生物反应器)。
背景技术,现有的各种微生物发酵工程中所用的生物反应器,特别是用于好气芽孢杆菌生产的发酵罐设备,是由罐体、位于罐体底部的压缩空气喷头(以空压机作动力的空气喷射装置喷射出已净化的空气)、以电机作动力的搅拌装置以及罐架(支架)底座等构成,存在的问题有:进行发酵工序时,处于发酵罐中的发酵液的流动形式是以单向运动为主,有相当部分超压超量的气液要从发酵罐顶部的溢流排气口排出外界,罐中的发酵液充分又均匀接触压缩空气喷嘴处新鲜空气的机会少,致使发酵菌液整体溶氧效果不佳,为此要使用搅拌器不停搅拌,导致了发酵罐能耗大,为了提高溶氧效果,有的要加大通气量提高喷嘴空气压力和流速,这些也同样增大了发酵罐的能耗。
本实用新型的目的是要克服上述之缺陷,从而设计一种改进的外循环式节能发酵罐,使得具有改善罐内发酵菌液运动状态,提高菌液溶氧效果,提升发酵质量,还可降低能耗,节约生产成本。
本实用新型是以如下技术方案实现的:该发酵罐设备包括罐体、位于罐体底部用于喷射已灭菌消毒的洁净空气用的喷头,罐架底座及其他辅件设备,其特征是在罐体外侧部设有至少一根(如1-3根)外循环管道,该外循环管道的上方与罐体的顶部连(接)通,其下方与罐体的底部连(接)通,使得微生物发酵液(菌液)在喷头喷射气流压力带动下以及罐内超压膨胀力的共同作用下,有相当部分超压超量的发酵气液(菌液)从发酵罐体顶部进入外循环管道,后又在自身重力和压力差的双重作用下,这些气液又顺着外循环管道的下方回流进入罐体的底部,最后又在(莲嘴)喷头的喷射气流压(冲)力带动下向上扩散运动,同时又有新一批的超压超量菌液再从罐体顶部体进入外循环管道,从而形成周而复始不停循环流动的发酵过程。
与现有技术比较,本实用新型由于在罐体外侧加设有外循环管道,改变了发酵菌液在发酵罐中的流动状态,变原来仅局限于罐体内的单向运动为外循环运动。由于在不停地进行有序的外循环流动,在循环过程中循环液(即发酵菌液)的每一流体质点都要经过压缩空气喷头处从而获得充分接触新鲜空气的机会,大大提高了发酵菌液的溶氧率,可获得优于原有技术的溶氧效果和提高菌液的发酵质量(活菌数量提高50%左右)。另外由于发酵液在循环运动过程中获得循环的惯性,只要稍大于喷头莲嘴排气端的压力,即可获得足够大的流速,使本实用新型还可节省一个搅拌器,降低能耗约30%。

具体实施方式:参照附图可知,本实用新型在具体设计时,在罐体外侧所增设的每根外循环管道2的内径d与罐体内径D之比应为:d∶D=0.20-0.50∶1.10-1.30。上述这种设计可最大限度加大菌液的外循环流量,提高发酵质量。

1、一种外循环式节能发酵罐,它包括罐体(1),位于罐体底部用于喷射洁净空气用的喷头(4)以及罐架底座,其特征是在罐体(1)外侧部设有至少一根外循环管道(2),该外循环管道的上方与罐体顶部相接通,其下方与罐体的底部相接通,使得微生物发酵液(3)在喷头喷射气流压力带动下和罐内超压膨胀力的共同作用下,有相当部分超压超量的发酵气液从发酵罐体顶部进入外循环管道(2),后又在自身重力和压力差的双重作用下,这些气液又顺着外循环管道的下方回流入罐体底部,最后又在喷头(4)的喷射气流压力带动下向上扩散运动,从而形成周而复始不停循环流动的发酵过程。
2、根据权利要求1所述的外循环式节能发酵罐,其特征是所述在罐体外侧所增设的每根外循环管道(2)的内径d与罐体内径D之比为:d∶D=0.20~0.50∶1.10~1.30。
