本实用新型公开了一种带副叶轮密封的涡壳式潜水混流泵,主要由泵盖连接在其下方的潜水电机壳,潜水电机壳连接设于其下方的连接座,连接座连接涡壳,潜水电机壳内设有潜水电机,潜水电机的机轴的下端部,在涡壳内设有叶轮,在机轴上、叶轮和设于机轴上的机械密封之间还设有副叶轮。本实用新型适用于抗洪排涝工程,农田灌溉,城市水处理、自来水供水系统及工矿企业等行业的生活污水和雨水的排放。

本实用新型涉及一种带副叶轮密封的涡壳式潜水混流泵。
背景技术
目前在工农业生产、环保等行业中,潜水泵应用较多,如:导叶式潜水混流泵、潜水轴流泵等,这些泵的主要缺点是由于是液流绕流电机,不但须密封井盖,而且增加了电机后面的旋涡损失。结构相对复杂,系统输送效率低。而且,由于多了一个带叶片的导叶,缠绕和堵塞的可能性更大。又如导叶式潜水泵的电缆线处于泵出口的液流中,受液流的冲击、振荡,影响泵的安全、可靠运行。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述导叶式潜水泵存在的缺点,提供一种结构相对简单,运行安全可靠的带副叶轮密封的涡壳式潜水混流泵。
本实用新型为带副叶轮密封的涡壳式潜水混流泵。为达到上述目的,主要采用了以下技术方案。主要由泵盖连接在其下方的潜水电机壳,潜水电机壳连接设于其下方的连接座,连接座连接涡壳,潜水电机壳内设有潜水电机,潜水电机的机轴的下端部,在涡壳内设有叶轮,在机轴上、叶轮和设于机轴上的机械密封之间还设有副叶轮。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
1、在机械密封前设置副叶轮,其作用是既可以阻止杂质颗粒进入机械密封端面,引起机械密封端面快速磨损,又可以减轻机械密封端面封堵液体的压力,设计合理,还可以做到机械密封仅起停车保护密封的作用,从而改善了机械密封的工作条件,达到延长其使用寿命的目的,因副叶轮不与其他零件接触,故其磨损小,使用寿命很长。
2、本实用新型采用耦合装置自动耦合安装,安装维修方便,系统水力损失小,运行效率高。
3、转速低,振动小,噪声低,易损件的寿命长。
本实用新型适用于抗洪排涝工程,农田灌溉、城市水处理工程,自来水供水系统及工矿企业等行业的生活污水和雨水的排放。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本实用新型主要由泵盖1及与其相连的潜水电机壳2组成,潜水电机壳2下部连接设于其下方的连接座10,连接10连接涡壳9,涡壳9下部连接底座8,潜水电机壳2内设有潜水电机3,潜水电机3的机轴4的下端部,在涡壳9内设有叶轮7,在叶轮7和设于机轴4上的机械密封5之间还设有副叶轮6。
本实用新型适用于抗洪排涝工程,农田灌溉,城市水处理、自来水供水系统及工矿企业等行业的生活污水和雨水的排放。

1、一种带副叶轮密封的涡壳式潜水混流泵,由泵盖(1)及与其相连的潜水电机壳(2)组成,潜水电机壳(2)下部连接设于其下方的连接座(10),连接座(10)连接涡壳(9),涡壳(9)下部连接底座(8),潜水电机壳(2)内设有潜水电机(3),其特征在于潜水电机(3)的机轴(4)的下端部,在涡壳(9)内设有叶轮(7),在叶轮(7)和设于机轴(4)上的机械密封(5)之间还设有副叶轮(6)。
