Abstract

一种涉及农业灌溉设备领域的子母式拍门,是针对目前阀门构造复杂,价格高、而大多数渠道放水孔用烂泥堵塞,水浪费较为严重;以及普通拍门,无法调节流量的问题,而提出的技术改进方案。该方案是适应农田供、排水中需要双向流水,并调节流量的阀门,以子母式拍门实现。要点是拍门座中的母放水口是水流的主流口,由母拍门截止水流。调整较小流量则由母拍门上的子口、相对应的子拍门截止水流。母拍门由相应的母门轴柄、轴座、轴,子拍门由相应的子门轴柄、轴座、轴的铰接、连接而成。如降大雨,田间水位较高时,拍门会自动打开,承担排水重任。它的优点是结构简单,投资少、操作方便,节水效果好,并兼有自动排水的功能,有较好的推广应用价值。

背景技术
目前,农业灌溉设备之一的阀门有截止阀、闸阀,只能一个方向供水,造价较高,不适应农灌水质。有的地区选用“拍门”来供、排水。所称的“拍门”是指拍门座上联接一个可作关闭或开启之用的“拍门”,这种结构简单,分流、截水也是较行之有效的,但不足之处是流量不能调节。
发明内容
本实用新型是针对原“拍门”结构的不足之处,拟设计一种母拍门与子拍门联在一起的阀门替而代之。使其具备两种流量,渠道供、排水的子母式拍门。它是通过设在拍门座联接的母拍门上,再联接一个子拍门,由子拍门带动子门轴的转动,实现两种流量,渠道的供、排水。

现对照以上附图,将其特征作如下描述:子母式拍门由拍门座、母拍门、子拍门、子门轴柄、子门轴、子门轴座、母门轴柄、母门轴、母门轴座等组成,其特征是拍门座1中是个大口径的母放水口3,其上端面设有母口密封环2,在拍门座的一侧连接有母门轴座4,母门轴柄6置于母门轴座的内侧,母门轴柄的一端头由母门轴5相铰接,母门轴柄的另一端面与母拍门13一侧的盖面连接;母拍门中部设有子口密封环14,与该环口相对应的是子拍门10,子拍门一侧的盖面连接有子门轴柄8,子门轴柄是由子拍门上的子门轴座7所固定,由子门轴9相铰接的。母拍门13的一端面设有母门手柄12,在子拍门10的一端面设子门手柄11。
具体实施方式
将拍门座直接安装在渠道预制的混凝土内即可。如需小流量供水,将子拍门打开,如大流量供水,即打开母拍门,可实现不同流量的配水。遇暴雨时,田间水位高,拍门会自动推开排水。
子母式拍门原理说明:本设计的供、排水子母式拍门的改进技术,即在传统的拍门13盖上增加一个子拍门10,是大(母)小(子)两个拍门的巧妙结合。在技术上有以下创新A)、两个不同口径的拍门组合,可实现不同流量的供水,还可实现双向供水,即子拍门用于节水灌溉(流量小),母拍门用于把田间的水排向渠道(流量大)。B)、在母拍门轴5、子拍门轴9和母门轴柄6、子门轴柄8采取特殊结构设计,即采取间隙配合或称松动配合,省去了传统的橡皮密封垫圈,仍实现完全密封。3)、拍门座直接用混凝土固定,安装方便(传统的拍门为螺栓固定)。因此,结构简单、投资少、操作方便,节水效果好,并兼有自动排水的功能,有较好的推广应用价值。

Claims (2)

1、子母式拍门由拍门座、母拍门、子拍门、子门轴柄、子门轴、子门轴座、母门轴柄、母门轴、母门轴座等组成,其特征是拍门座(1)中是个大口径的母放水口(3),其上端面设有母口密封环(2),在拍门座的一侧连接有母门轴座(4),母门轴柄(6)置于母门轴座的内侧,母门轴柄的一端头由母门轴(5)相铰接,母门轴柄的另一端面与母拍门(13)一侧的盖面连接;母拍门中部设有子口密封环(14),与该环口相对应的是子拍门(10),子拍门一侧的盖面连接有子门轴柄(8),子门轴柄是由子拍门上的子门轴座(7)所固定,由子门轴(9)相铰接的。
2、根据权利要求1所述的子母式拍门,其特征是母拍门(13)的一端面设有母门手柄(12),在子拍门(10)的一端面设有子门手柄(11)。
