(一)技术领域:
本实用新型属于一种通信电缆。
(二)背景技术:
现有在移动通信、微波传输、广播通信系统基站内发射机、接收机、无线通信设备之间的连接线通常采用这样的同轴电缆:电缆内导体为光滑的铜线或铜管,外导体为环形纹铜管。这种电缆弯曲半径较大,安装敷设时需要较大的空间,在那些安装空间较小或需要电缆急转弯的场合(例如移动通信基站机房、空间狭小的建筑物、天线铁塔等),就需要弯曲半径较小的同轴电缆。
(三)发明内容:
本实用新型目的是提供一种弯曲半径较小,适于狭小空间安装的新型的同轴电缆。
本实用新型提供的超柔同轴电缆,包括内导体(1)及其外包绝缘层(2),绝缘层(2)外依次包覆外导体(3)及电缆外护套(4),内导体(1)为螺旋纹结构的铜管。
本实用新型由于内导体(1)为螺旋纹结构的铜管,由于螺纹的节距比较短,易弯曲,因此内导体(1)为螺旋纹结构的铜管的同轴电缆具有较小的弯曲半径,显示出比内导体为光滑的铜线或铜管的同轴电缆更好的柔软性,适于在安装空间较小的场合使用。

图1是本实用新型的示意图。图中1为内导体,2为绝缘层,3为外导体,4为外护套。
(五)具体实施方式:
本实用新型的关键是内导体(1)的制作,一般用铜带经“成型、焊接、轧制螺旋纹”等工序将其制螺旋纹结构的铜管,然后包覆绝缘层(2)、外导体(3)及外护套(4)。
