Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种防溢漏喷头。由喷嘴2、阀3和截止阀1组成。截止阀装置在喷嘴出口处。截止阀包括阀座和旋钮阀芯，阀座固装在喷嘴出口，阀座中后部内壁面上开设有轴向通道，末端设置有径向通道，轴向通道与径向通道相连，径向通道与喷嘴出口通道相连；旋钮阀芯前端开设有轴向通道和径向通道，轴向通道前端与外界相通，后端与阀芯径向通道相连，阀芯径向通道轴向位置处于阀座轴向通道长度范围内。当罐内液体即当使用完毕后只要关闭阀门，就不再会有任何溢漏。

背景技术：随着人们生活水平的不断提高，喷雾产品已在人们日常生活中得到了广泛的应用。但其不足的是仍以一些液体产品为主，而应用面更广的粘稠状产品未能全面推广。原因是粘稠状产品在阀门打开到喷嘴出口的通道内受到的阻力较大，胶体不能及时从通道中排出，当停止使用后，胶体会从喷嘴出口再慢慢溢漏出来，使卫生状况很差，因此限制了其应用面的扩大。
发明内容：本实用新型需要解决的是喷嘴出口物体溢漏问题。其技术解决方案是：一种防溢漏喷头，包括喷嘴和设置在喷嘴进口的阀，其特点是在喷嘴出口设置一个微型截止阀。当使用完毕只要关闭阀门，就不再会有任何溢漏。因此不仅适用于液状物体，还可扩大使用至粘稠状产品。

具体实施方式：如图1，本实用新型涉及一种防溢漏喷头。由喷嘴2、阀3和微型截止阀1组成。阀3装置在喷嘴2进口处，截止阀1装置在喷嘴2出口处。
如图2-6，截止阀1由阀座5和旋钮阀芯6两部分组成，阀座5固定在喷嘴2出口。阀座5中后部内壁面上开设有阀座轴向通道5-1，阀座5末端设置有阀座径向通道5-2，阀座轴向通道5-1末端与阀座径向通道5-2相连，阀座径向通道5-2与喷嘴出口通道4相连；旋钮阀芯6前端开设有阀芯轴向通道6-1和阀芯径向通道6-2，阀芯轴向通道5-1前端与外界相通，后端与阀芯径向通道6-2相连，阀芯径向通道6-2轴向位置处于阀座轴向通道5-1长度范围内。打开状态时阀芯径向通道6-2与阀座轴向通道5-1相通，关闭状态时阀芯径向6-2通道与阀座轴向通道5-1不通。
图10为本实用新型的一个实施例示意图。图中1为截止阀，2为喷嘴，3为阀，7为防护罩盖，4为出口通道，8为喷雾罐体。当罐内液体使用完毕后只要关闭阀门，就不再会有任何溢漏。

1、一种防溢漏喷头，包括喷嘴(2)和阀(3)，阀(3)装置在喷嘴(2)进口，其特征在于在喷嘴(2)出口设置一个截止阀(1)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种防溢漏喷头，其特征在于截止阀(1)包括阀座(5)和旋钮阀芯(6)，阀座(5)固装在喷嘴(2)出口，阀座(5)中后部内壁面上开设有阀座轴向通道(5-1)，阀座(5)末端设置有阀座径向通道(5-2)，阀座轴向通道(5-1)与阀座径向通道(5-2)相连，阀座径向通道(5-2)与喷嘴出口通道(4)相连；旋钮阀芯(6)前端开设有阀芯轴向通道(6-1)和阀芯径向通道(6-2)，阀芯轴向通道(5-1)前端与外界相通，后端与阀芯径向通道(6-2)相连，阀芯径向通道(6-2)轴向位置处于阀座轴向通道(5-1)长度范围内。
