Abstract

一种防腐电杆,包括杆体,杆体的上端内浇注混凝土并将上端头封实,在杆体的下端也浇注有混凝土并将其底端头封实,在杆体的上端与下端的外壁复合耐盐碱的防腐涂层。本实用新型由于在电杆的上、下两端的外壁,采用了与电杆外壁有良好粘结力的材料作为耐盐碱防腐层,其涂层牢固,不易脱落,有效地避免了盐碱对电杆的腐蚀作用,从而达到了在盐碱环境中延长电杆使用寿命的目的。

技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种防腐电杆,适用于电力、通讯、接触网架空线路支柱和信号机柱等。
背景技术:目前生产使用的电杆大多为空心结构,这种结构的电杆不耐盐碱腐蚀,在沿海地区或在盐碱地段使用时,由于盐碱的腐蚀及冻胀现象,除降低电杆的使用寿命外还容易造成停电、讯号中断,同时也存在着一些不安全因素。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足而向人们提供一种能够耐盐碱腐蚀,避免发生冻胀现象,从而延长电杆使用寿命的新型结构电杆。为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用下述技术方案:防腐电杆,包括杆体(1),杆体(1)的上端内浇注混凝土(2)并将上端头封实,在杆体(1)的下端也浇注有混凝土(2)并将其底端头封实,在杆体(1)的上端及上端头外壁复合防腐涂层(3);下端及下端头外壁复合防腐涂层(4)。
本实用新型由于在电杆的上、下两端的外壁,采用了与电杆外壁有良好粘结力的材料作为耐盐碱防腐层,其涂层牢固,不易脱落,有效地避免了盐碱对电杆的腐蚀作用,从而达到了在盐碱环境中延长电杆使用寿命的目的。
