本实用新型是提供一种方便使用、舒适，用途广，且可以做为婴儿椅使用的背负椅。由支撑架组成，一部分为上支撑架，另一部分为下支撑架，下支撑架通过连接件与上支撑架连接在一起，两支撑架下端构成腿，上支撑架上安装有座椅，座椅上有吊兜，座椅带有保险带，用于固定婴儿，并有上连接带，在上支撑架的腿上有下连接带，与上连接带同时用于背负时与背负者连接。本实用新型具有功能齐全，使用方便，舒适的优点。既可以背负婴儿时使用，又可做为一种椅子使用。
