Abstract

一种全方位摇头电暖器,包括电热体、同步马达、传动机构、支承架等,其传动机构由扇形转动轴、球连杆、制动架、主轴、U型铝支架等组成,同步马达转动时带动扇形转动轴左右转动,同时受制于球连杆、制动架的连接做出上、下转动,从而实现电暖器依固定轨迹做出360度全方位旋转。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电暖器,特别是一种摇头电暖器。
背景技术
传统的摇头电暖器一般由同步马达带动连杆机构实现左、右摇头功能。由于现有电暖器摆动幅度相当有限,电热体只能固定一个区域左、右传送热风,而不能上下、左右全方位传送热风。使用者往往靠移动身体或抬动四肢跟随电暖器风向,从而获得所需热量,使用相当不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述不足,提出一种全方位摇头电暖器,以实现电暖器上下、左右全方位送出热风。
本实用新型由电热体、同步马达、传动机构、支承架等组成,其传动机构包括扇形转动轴、球连杆、制动架、主轴、U型铝支架、同步马达固定板、固定铁板等等。
同步马达由螺丝固定在同步马达固定板上,U型铝支架穿过同步马达固定板两侧并由定位插梢固定,同步马达固定板一端通过铁板固定架固定在电热体上;扇形转动轴套在同步马达的轴心上,并跟随同步马达的转动而旋转;球连杆的球体部位内置于扇形转动轴上,制动架的臂架与球连杆卯合连接;制动架与主轴由插销连接,主轴通过E型环固定在U型铝支架上,并由U型铝支架固定在支承架上。
上述的铁板固定架与U型铝支架之间固定有平衡弹簧。
本实用新型的同步马达转动时带动扇形转动轴左、右转动,同时在球连杆、制动架、主轴组成的连接机构下做出上、下动作,从而使电暖器的发热体依固定轨迹做出上下、左右全方位的转动。
本实用新型全方位传送热风的功能,既可使人体全身均匀获得热量,同时该功能又能产生扰流作用,使房间内温度快速升起。

具体实施方式
如附图1、附图2、附图3、附图4所示,本实用新型由发热体5、同步马达7、传动机构、支承座25等组成。
发热体5的外罩由前网1、网框2、铝质反射板3、塑胶后网4组成。同步马达固定板8通过固定铁板17固定在发热体5上;同步马达固定板8两侧分别籍由一根定位插销6穿过同步马达固定板8及U型铝支架23两端使之串联起,再用E型扣环14扣住定位插销6两端使之固定,同步马达转动时,整体不致摇晃。平衡弹簧9两端固定在固定板8和U型铝支架23上。
同步马达7用螺丝固定在同步马达固定板8上,扇形转动轴18套在同步马达7轴心上,同步马达7转动时带动扇形转动轴18左右转动;球连杆11的球连体部位内置在扇形转动轴18上,并通过螺丝20、球连杆盖19固定在扇形转动轴18上。
制动架13与主轴22采用插销12、E型扣环21连接,主轴22穿过U型铝支架23、底面遮板16固定在支承架25上;制动架13的制动臂与球连杆11卯合连接。主轴衬套24、衬垫15的设置可防止上述机构摆动时摇晃与磨损,后壳10固定在上述机构上。
同步马达7转动时,发热体5在扇形转动轴18的作用下,实现左、右旋转;在球连杆11、制动架13等作用下,实现上、下转动动。可见,本实用新型在上述传动机构的作用下,能够依固定轨迹做出立体360度旋转。

1、一种全方位摇头电暖器,包括电热体(5)、同步马达(7)、传动机构、支承架(25),其特征在于所述的传动机构包括扇形转动轴(18)、球连杆(11)、制动架(13)、主轴(22)、U型铝支架(23);
扇形转动轴(18)套在同步马达(7)的轴心上;
球连杆(11)的球连体内置在扇形转动轴(18)上;
制动架(13)的制动臂与球连杆(11)卯合连接,制动架(13)固定在主轴(22)上,主轴(22)穿过U型铝支架(23)固定在支承架(25)上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的全方位摇头电暖器,其特征在于所述的同步马达(7)固定在同步马达固定板(8)上,同步马达固定板(8)固定在电热体(5)上,U型铝支架(23)两端穿设在同步马达固定板(8)两侧并由定位插梢(6)固位。
