Abstract
一种用于房间门锁上的把手，其挡板由主挡板1、夹层挡板2及底板3叠摞组成，用螺丝固定成一整体。该结构挡板用于色彩分层制作时，着色方便，层次清晰。
Description
本实用新型属于锁具，涉及一种门锁把手。
目前市场上的门锁，其把手的挡板都是整体一次成型。这种挡板的特点是制作工艺简单，成本低，多年来一直是门锁市场上的主流产品。随着人们生活水平的提高，住房条件的改善，居室装修越来越向个性化、高档化发展，对门锁的外观要求也越来越高，人们希望可选择的品种能多一些。设计人员在满足市场需要的时候，对传统的门锁把手挡板的单一颜色进行了改革，设计出有层次色泽变化的挡板。但在整体一次成型挡板上实现层次色泽变化，工艺复杂，制作成本高。
为了降低有层次色泽变化的挡板的生产成本，本实用新型提出了一种挡板可分解拼装的门锁把手。制作这种挡板的技术方案为：挡板由可分层叠摞的主挡板1、夹层挡板2、底板3构成，主挡板1内侧有螺纹孔，用螺丝穿过底板3、夹层挡板2拧在主挡板1上，将其固定成一整体。
该档板由于可以分解，在制作分层着色的挡板时着色非常方便，拼装成整体后层次清晰，美观活泼。

下面以图1及图3为例对本实用新型进行说明。
在实际生产中分别将主挡板1、夹层挡板2和底板3冲压成形，主挡板1外边轮廓略小于夹层挡板2，夹层挡板2外边轮廓略小于底板3，再根据需要将这三层挡板分别加工成不同颜色，将它们叠摞在一起，将螺丝穿过拧在主挡板内侧，使其成为侧边各层具有不同颜色的整体挡板(见图3)。
图2和图4为门内侧把手，由于其结构与门外侧把手相同，故不再说明。
