背景技术
现有的木制地板，其结构为宽窄不同的条状。地板条除本身的木纹外，再无其他图案，结构很单调。
发明内容：
本实用新型提供一种印花地板。印花地板结构为，在地板1上粘接有带有各种图案、色彩的的薄膜2；薄膜厚度在0.1mm以内。
薄膜可以为PVC薄膜，或为三聚氰胺纸薄膜。
地板印花工艺为，先将地板精细砂光，采用冷压工艺：常温下，将自带胶的并带有图案的PVC薄膜置于地板上，之后将薄膜与地板压合，使带有图案的PVC薄膜均匀、牢固地贴在地板上；压力为3～6kg/cm2。
也可采用热烫印工艺：采用不带胶的并带有图案的PVC薄膜，根据室温条件，加温40～100℃，加温的同时再在PVC薄膜上涂胶，之后将薄膜与地板压合。
本实用新型的印花地板，增加了一层图案、色彩变化无穷的薄膜层，从而一改单调的传统地板结构，为地板增加了新的品种；人们可根据不同需要选用各种花色的地板装饰房间，提高了生活质量；这种印花地板的制作工艺简单，易操作。

具体实施方式：
实施例1：
一种印花地板，在地板1上粘接有带有各种图案、色彩的的薄膜2；薄膜厚度在0.03mm。薄膜为PVC薄膜。
生产印花地板的工艺为，先将地板精细砂光，采用冷压工艺：常温下，将自带胶的并带有图案的PVC薄膜置于地板上，之后将薄膜与地板压合，使带有图案的PVC薄膜均匀、牢固地贴在地板上；压力为5kg/cm2。

1、一种印花地板，其特征在于，在地板(1)的一面上粘接有带有各种图案、色彩的的薄膜(2)；薄膜厚度在0.1mm以内。
2、按照权利要求1所述的印花地板，其特征在于薄膜(2)为PVC薄膜，或为三聚氰胺纸薄膜。
