本实用新型是一种改进的杆夹式书本夹。
现在中小学生普遍使用杆夹式书本夹。它是由硬塑料片材制作的护书部分和起固定作用的夹杆组成。它有质轻，美观、简单等优点。但是它有不好翻开的缺点，使用很不方便。
本实用新型的目的是改进现有的杆夹式书本夹，给中小学生提供一种不但质轻、美观、简单、而且好翻开的理想的书本夹。
本实用新型是通过以下方案实现的；在铰链部分的厚度恰当的前题下，将铰链部分的宽度增加到2-4.5毫米(现有杆夹式书本夹铰链部分的宽度不到1毫米)。这样以来一方面克服了翻开书本时曹形的铰链部分两壁互相挡害或夹杆的夹住部分的挡害，较好翻开，另一方面，因为翻开书本时铰链部分成了曲面形，所以延长了铰链部分的寿命。还有夹杆正好夹住铰链部分所以加大了夹杆对书本的夹住压强。
以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。图1是本实用新型的结构示意图。护书部分(1)是用硬塑料片材制作的，它们是通过2-4.5毫米宽的铰链部分(2)相连接的，具有弹性的夹杆(3)正好夹住铰链部分将书本和护书部分牢牢地固定住。装订时将护书部分(1)套在书背上，然后把夹杆(3)顺着两边的铰链(2)插上去。本实用新型克服了现有杆夹式书本不好翻开的缺点，大大提高其实用性。

1、一种宽铰链杆夹式书本夹，是现有的杆夹式书本夹改造过来的。它由有铰链部分的护书部分(1)和夹杆(3)组成，其特征是铰链部分(2)的宽度从1毫以下增加到2-4.5毫米，使书本夹好翻开。
