Abstract

本实用新型涉及洁具,具体地说,涉及用于挤水地拖、玻璃擦、水扫把、毛刷把等洁具中的喷液装置,包括喷头1及与其连接的单向阀2,气囊8及与其连接的气管7,容液瓶4及其内置的进水管5和与所述进水管5连接的进水阀6,所述喷头1、气囊8及容液瓶4通过三通3贯通连接;本实用新型的喷液装置,采用气动压缩喷液原理,通过气囊的挤压作用,来喷射碱液、清洁水,并可以用在许多种清洁用具上,可靠性好,使用方便。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及洁具，具体地说，涉及用于挤水地拖、玻璃擦、水扫把、毛刷把等洁具中的喷液装置。
背景技术
现有洁具中所安装的喷液装置，普遍采用自流式或者电动喷液式，自流式喷液装置的使用效果及可靠性都比较差，而电动喷液式尽管使用效果及可靠性都比较好，但成本比较高且不易实施，况且以上两种形式的喷液装置都存在与其配套使用的洁具单一、使用范围较窄的缺点，因此，现有的喷液装置不能满足当前市场的需要。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种喷液装置，可以安装在多种洁具上使用，结构简单，可靠性好，使用方便。
本实用新型的技术问题是按如下方案来实现的：一种喷液装置，其特征在于，包括喷头及与其连接的单向阀，气囊及与其连接的气管，容液瓶及其内置的进水管和与所述进水管连接的进水阀，所述喷头、气囊及容液瓶通过三通贯通连接。
按照本实用新型提供的喷液装置，其特征在于，所述气管采用软性朔胶管，其上部与气囊连接，下部与所述三通的一端连接。
按照本实用新型提供的喷液装置，其特征在于，所述三通一端的进口与所述容液瓶内的进水管连通，进水管下端与所述进水阀连接。
按照本实用新型提供的喷液装置，其特征在于，所述三通的出口端与所述单向阀的连接。
按照本实用新型提供的喷液装置，其特征在于，所述气囊为采用橡胶材料制成的弹性空腔体。
本实用新型的喷液装置，具有如下优点：采用气动压缩喷液原理，通过气囊的挤压作用，来喷射碱液、清洁水，用于对地板、门窗等物体清洗十分方便；并可以用在许多种清洁用具上，安装简便、实用，在地拖上，伸缩喷液玻璃刷、伸缩毛刷上均可采用，凡是在清洁用品上即可生效。

具体实施例
如图1所示的结构示意图，一种喷液装置，包括喷头1及与其连接的单向阀2，气囊8及与其连接的气管7，容液瓶4及其内置的进水管5和与所述进水管5连接的进水阀6，所述喷头1、气囊8及容液瓶4通过三通3贯通连接。所述气管7采用软性朔胶管，其上部与气囊8连接，下部与所述三通3的一端连接。按照本实用新型提供的喷液装置，所述三通3一端的进口与所述容液瓶4内的进水管5连通，进水管5下端与所述进水阀6连接。所述三通3的出口端与所述单向阀2的连接。所述气囊8为采用橡胶材料制成的弹性空腔体。
本实用新型的喷液装置在安装及使用时，如图2所示，用螺纹与手柄胶套连接，固定在手柄上，手握气囊8不断地挤压、放松，气囊受到挤压后，气囊腔体内的空气压缩后从气管7经过三通3推动单向阀2向喷头外排出，同时通过进水管5关闭进水阀6，使气囊具有弹性，可自行回应，容液瓶4中的碱液在大气的压力下，推开进水阀6，进入进水管5，能过三通3，同时单向阀2关闭，碱液被吸入气管7中，气囊8第二次挤压时，气管7中的碱液在气体的压力下，经过三通3推动单向阀2，进入阀6关闭，迫使碱液向喷头1喷出。松开气囊后，碱液同时又吸入在气管中，如此压缩、放松气囊，往复循环不断地将容液瓶4内碱液吸出，再经过进水管、三通、单向阀向喷头外喷出，碱液喷出时成扇形状，均匀地喷在物体表面上。

Claims (5)

1、一种喷液装置，其特征在于，包括喷头(1)及与其连接的单向阀(2)，气囊(8)及与其连接的气管(7)，容液瓶(4)及其内置的进水管(5)和与所述进水管(5)连接的进水阀(6)，所述喷头(1)、气囊(8)及容液瓶(4)通过三通(3)贯通连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的喷液装置，其特征在于，所述气管(7)采用软性朔胶管，其上部与气囊(8)连接，下部与所述三通(3)的一端连接。
3、根据权利要求1所述的喷液装置，其特征在于，所述三通(3)一端的进口与所述容液瓶(4)内的进水管(5)连通，进水管(5)下端与所述进水阀(6)连接。
4、根据权利要求1所述的喷液装置，其特征在于，所述三通(3)的出口端与所述单向阀(2)的连接。
5、根据权利要求1所述的喷液装置，其特征在于，所述气囊(8)为采用橡胶材料制成的弹性空腔体。
