本实用新型属太阳能集热装置,特别涉及一种在建筑物的房屋居室玻璃窗前安装的可动窗式塑料太阳能集热器,正面由透光板1-1与透光隔板1-2组成低真空腔,透光隔板1-2与石墨层循环水道板1-3组成石墨层循环水道室,集热板1一侧两端直接注塑成进出水口1-9,背面安装泡沫隔热保温层1-4,集热板1安装在固定支架1-7上水平放置,集热板1的进出水口1-9经柔性水管11、水管12、散热器14、调节阀13连接储水罐、电加热器、测温传感器16、水泵15、淋浴喷头17,白天平面放置,夜间隔热保温层向外翻转,保持室温,减少的热水的热损失,采光面积大,散热损失小,在气温-25℃以下,集热供暖。

背景技术
目前,在用的太阳能集热装置,平板式集热器一般安装在屋顶,直接接受丰富的太阳能源,加热储水器水管内的冷水,采用对流循环来传递热量,储水器在室外,传输路径长,此外这种平板玻璃集热器没有采用加热器的2次循环系统,不能实现全天候供热水、供暖,且热损较大,机构沉重。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服以上技术不足,提供一种吸热面积大,热损系数小,体轻,便安装,可供热水、取暖的平板窗式塑料太阳能集热器。
为实现上述目的,一种平板窗式塑料集热器,选用高分子材料,质轻透光,有强度的特性,制成集热板在居室玻璃窗外,安装太阳能集热板,集热板正面由透光板与透光隔板组成低真空腔,透光隔板与石墨层循环水道板组成石墨层循环水道室,集热板一侧两端直接注塑成进出水口,背面安装泡沫隔热保温层,集热板安装在固定支架上水平放置,由于板透光板开有气孔安装堵塞,形成低真空腔,集热板安装在玻璃窗外的固定支架上水平放置,集热板两侧安装滑轮,集热板的进出水口经柔性水管、水管、散热器、调节阀连接储水罐、电加热器、测温传感器、水泵、淋浴喷头。
集热板安装在窗外的固定支架上,两侧集热板的支撑框架,装有滑轮,使集热板固定在固定支架上上,并可前后移动达到翻转。

具体实施方式
参照附图1、2,窗式塑料太阳能集热器的集热板1安装在居室外玻璃窗前,水平放置状态,经出水口1-9、柔性水管11连接室内管路,经调节阀13、散热器14、水泵15、储水罐16,经管路返至集热板1形成一个循环周期,洗浴时,淋浴喷头17喷水,由进水管18供水。
参照附图3,4,窗式塑料太阳能集热器的集热板,采用高分子材料;支撑框架1-5,将透光板1-1与透光隔板1-2构成的负压腔透明隔板1-2与石墨循环水道板1-3构成水流室,背面安装泡沫隔热保温层1-4,紧固在一起,形成一个整体,集热板1支撑框架1-5两侧装有滑轮1-6,可在固定支架1-7槽内前后运动,达到平放或翻面。
参照附图5,石墨层涂覆在水道板内侧面上,形成吸热件,且进入水道的水是往复循环状态,一侧进水另一侧出水。
参照附图6,透光板1-1与透光隔板1-2压合起来形成空腔,由透光板1-1中的一小孔将空气抽出,由塞1-8堵住,形成负压腔。
参照附图7,透光板1-1与透光隔板1-2压合成负压腔,透光隔板1-2与循环水道板1-3压合成水道板室,支撑框架1-5将其固定形成一体。
参照附图8,窗式塑料太阳能集热器,集热板支撑框架1-1后半部装有滑轮1-6固定在支架1-7的槽内,前后滑动达到集光板的翻面,固定支架1-7用螺栓紧固在室外窗框两侧的墙壁上。
白天平放窗式塑料太阳能集热器的集光板吸光、储热、使水达到升温,夜间集热板的保温层朝外,隔热保温减少热量损失。
窗式塑料太阳能集热器,采光面积大,太阳光能量透过低真空腔被涂有石墨层的水道板吸收,加热循环水道内的冷水产生水道内的对流热循环。在系统中水泵工作下,经水管、储水罐进入散热器,淋浴喷头,有效的利用辐射、传导、对流三种传热技术。
窗式塑料太阳能集热器,集热板用高分子塑料聚碳酸脂、聚苯乙烯、有机玻璃制造,使吸光面能形成低真空腔,透光质轻,达到可翻动的功能,使隔热保温层面向窗外,集热面朝向室内,防止热量散热,集热效率高。
水经集热板1-1的一端进水口进入循环水道,经循环由另一端出水口排出,水在循环水道时,太阳光能穿透低真空层,透过水被石墨层循环水道板1-3吸收生热,使冷水升温,经管路送到挂式散热器进行散热取暖,再送到储水器;在水泵的工作下,取得封闭循环;这样不断的循环,达到太阳能集热器的设计效果,系统中,把特殊气候条件也做了充分的设计,由储水器中的电加热系统给以补充,同样取得温升的水,在设计中,考虑北方冬季和夜间,阳光照射时间短,将设计了集热板翻面功能,白天平面放置,夜间隔热保温层向外翻转,保持室温,减少的热水的热损失。

1、窗式塑料太阳能集热器,在居室玻璃窗外安装太阳能集热板,其特征在于集热板(1)正面由透光板(1-1)与透光隔板(1-2)组成低真空腔,透光隔板(1-2)与石墨层循环水道板(1-3)组成石墨层循环水道室,集热板(1)一侧两端直接注塑成进出水口(1-9),背面安装泡沫隔热保温层(1-4),集热板(1)安装在固定支架(1-7)上水平放置。
2、根据权利要求1所述的窗式塑料太阳能集热器,其特征在于集热板(1)透光板(1-1)开有气孔安装堵塞(1-8),形成低真空腔。
3、根据权利要求1所述的窗式塑料太阳能集热器,其特征在于集热器(1)安装在玻璃窗外的固定支架(1-7)上水平放置,集热板(1)两侧安装滑轮(1-6)。
4、根据权利要求1所述的窗式塑料太阳能集热器,其特征在于集热板(1)的进出水口(1-9)经柔性水管(11)、水管(12)、散热器(14)、调节阀(13)连接储水罐、电加热器、测温传感器(16)、水泵(15)、淋浴喷头(17)。
