本实用新型属医疗用品领域,具体涉及一种心脏外科用的弹性人造心脏瓣成型环。本实用新型瓣环制成封闭肾形环状瓣环,内结构采用医用高弹性合金片钴基合金板制成多层内芯,层间填充以聚酯磨片3,可避免金属间因摩擦而产热,外包裹硅橡胶、聚酯纤维织物。经试用,结果显示本实用新型组织相容性好,易于细胞的生长,强度和弹性均良好,手术缝合方便、可靠,术后健康恢复迅速,且无需终身抗凝,降低了医疗费用,提高患者的生活质量。

本实用新型属医疗用品领域,具体涉及一种心脏外科用的弹性人造心脏瓣成型环。
背景技术
80年代在国际心脏外科领域中,心脏瓣膜成型术得到了飞速发展,国内外的心脏人工瓣环产品也不断进行改进。目前国内使用的国外进口产品因其价格昂贵,与我国多数患者的经济收入水平不适应,给病员造成较大经济负担。故研制符合国人和国情的国产人工瓣环已势在必行。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种弹性人工心脏瓣环,用于心脏瓣膜成型手术,本成型手术可使瓣膜病变患者保留自身的心脏瓣膜,成型术后,既能使扩张的瓣环恢复原状,纠正瓣膜关闭不全,又能阻止术后瓣环的扩张,还可减少瓣环和瓣叶上缝线结合处承受的张力。因此弹性人工心脏瓣环的应用,可以使部分瓣膜病变患者保留自身的心脏瓣膜免除换瓣手术。并且术后迅速恢复健康,无需终身抗凝,明显提高患者的生活质量。
结合附图介绍本实用新型的结构形状:本弹性人工心脏瓣环按照国人正常心脏的解剖特点和动态功能特点设计制成封闭环状瓣环1,本瓣环内结构采用医用高弹性合金片钴基合金板制成1-3层的内芯2,合金板每层的厚度为0.16毫米,宽度为1.8-2.1毫米,合金板的可采用层数在瓣环的不同部位而不同,层间填充以聚脂磨片3,可避免金属间因磨擦而产热,用医用硅橡胶包裹后,再用聚脂纤维织物将其包覆,作为最外层4,此层组织相容性好,易于细胞的生长。本瓣环与患者瓣环相合的一面标有二条交界记号线5,二条标志线将瓣膜交接处标出。本瓣环呈肾形,其弧线状弯曲部分6相当于二尖瓣后瓣叶的瓣环部分,而直线状部分7的一段则相当于二尖瓣前瓣叶的瓣环部分。本瓣环的圆弧部分和直线部分具有与正常心脏动态功能一致的不同弹性特点。瓣环在长轴方向略有弯曲,呈马鞍形,符合正常心脏的解剖特点。本瓣环制作工艺简单,弹性好,抗疲劳强度高,符合国人心脏的生理结构,使用结果良好。
为便于手术时操作,本瓣环可与持环器8配用,用时,将瓣环缝线固定在持环器上,持环器上有缝隙可在手术过程中将缝线切断,将二者分离,操作简便。
本实用新型能满足国内病员的需求,降低了高昂的医疗费用,使尽可能多的患者都能得到医治,经临床试用,结果显示本实用新型强度和弹性均良好,手术缝合方便、可靠。另一方面,还可节省外汇开支,既利国又利民,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。

1.一种弹性人工心脏瓣环,其特征在于其为封闭环状瓣环,其内结构采用医用高弹性合金片制成内芯,层间填充聚脂磨片,用医用硅橡胶包裹后,再用聚脂纤维织物包覆为最外层。
2.按权利要求1所述的弹性人工心脏瓣环,其特征在于所述的瓣环呈肾形,其弧线状弯曲部分相当于二尖瓣后瓣叶的瓣环部分,直线状部分一段相当于二尖瓣前瓣叶的瓣环部分。
3.按权利要求1所述的弹性人工心脏瓣环,其特征在于所述的高弹性合金片为钴基合金板,每层的厚度为0.16毫米,宽度为1.8-2.1毫米,层数为1-3层。
4.按权利要求1和3所述的弹性人工心脏瓣环,其特征在于所述的高弹性钴基合金板的可采用层数在瓣环的不同部位而不同
5.按权利要求1所述的弹性人工心脏瓣环,其特征在于所述瓣环与患者瓣环相合的一面标有交界记号线。
