一种海水淡化装置。有蒸发室箱体(8)上端有海水水箱(3),前端有冷凝板(2),后者上面安装有真空加热管(1)。蒸发室(4)由倾斜的冷凝板(2)和蒸发室箱体(8)构成,其前端为淡水水箱(7),后端为海水废水箱体。海水水箱(3)与冷凝板(2)连通,后者与真空加热管(1)连通,真空加热管(1)出水口与蒸发室(4)连通。本实用新型结构简单,成本低廉易于移动使用。

本实用新型涉及一种海水淡化装置。
普通海水淡化方法成本高,规模大,消耗大量能源,如海水蒸馏淡化方法,不易在边远地区推广,机动性差。
本实用新型提供一种太阳能海水淡化器,结构简单,造价低廉,能方便地移动,不消耗能源,以弥补现有海水淡化方法的现有不足。
本实用新型由真空加热管,冷凝板,海水水箱,蒸发室,淡水水箱组成,其特征是海水水箱与冷凝板连通,后者与真空加热管连通,被加热的海水流入蒸发室并在冷凝板上凝结成淡水,流入淡水水箱,完成海水淡化。
下面结合实施例和附图进一步说明本实用新型。

附图中,真空加热管(1),冷凝板(2),海水水箱(3),蒸发室(4),废水出口(5),淡水出口(6),淡水水箱(7),蒸发室箱体(8)。
实施例。
本实用新型中,使用本实用新型时,将海水水箱(3)注满,海水从海水水箱(3)流经冷凝板(2)进入真空加热管(1),海水被照射在真空加热管(1)上的太阳光能加热后,流入蒸发室(4),热海水的水蒸气在倾斜的冷凝板(2)后面凝结成淡水,并沿斜面流入淡水水箱(7)中,并从淡水出口(6)中流出;加热蒸馏后的海水从废水出口(5)流出,完成海水淡化。
本实用新型结构简单,成本低廉,易于移动使用。
