本实用新型涉及一种卤钨灯,具有灯泡、灯丝、压板和插脚,插脚制成“U”型,“U”的一头连接灯丝,另一头向里弯曲,压板在“U”型插脚向里弯曲的一头对应处设置有插脚槽,“U”型插脚向里弯曲的一头设置在插脚槽内,结构设计新颖合理,安装使用方便,美观大方,操作简便,适用范围广,在因需要而更换灯珠时,不容易断脚,不会造成短路。

本实用新型涉及一种灯具,特别是一种卤钨灯。
背景技术
目前,卤钨灯广泛使用在室内及室外的照明,比以前所使用的白炽灯,在寿命和发光效率上都有了很大的提高,改变了过去使用变压器的要求,能直接承受220V的高压,结构上更小巧,国内外市场前景十分广阔。但本产品的插脚一直是一个难以解决的难题,使用单针插脚,接触不大好,改用其它形式,例如“U”形插脚,接触问题是解决了,但常因弹力不一致,接触不稳,在因需要而更换灯珠时,容易断脚,并使其残留在插座内,造成短路。

本实用新型的目的是提出一种能解决上述缺点的卤钨灯。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种卤钨灯,具有灯泡、灯丝、压板和插脚,灯泡和压板一体制成,灯丝由固定架固定,设置在灯泡内,灯丝的两端固定在压板里,插脚与灯丝的两端连接,也由压板固定,插脚制成“U”型,“U”的一头连接灯丝,另一头向里弯曲,压板在“U”型插脚向里弯曲的一头对应处设置有插脚槽,“U”型插脚向里弯曲的一头设置在插脚槽内。
本实用新型的优点是结构设计新颖合理,安装使用方便,美观大方,操作简便,适用范围广。由于插脚制成“U”型,一头连接灯丝,另一头向里弯曲,压板在“U”型插脚向里弯曲的一头对应处设置有插脚槽,“U”型插脚向里弯曲的一头设置在插脚槽内,在因需要而更换灯珠时,“U”型插脚的两端均受力均匀,特别是向里弯曲的一头,因插脚槽的作用力,不可能使“U”型插脚脱落。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示的卤钨灯,具有灯泡1、灯丝2、压板3和插脚4,灯泡1和压板3一体制成,灯丝2由固定架21上的灯丝支架22固定,设置在灯泡1内,灯丝2的两端穿过固定架21,固定在压板3里,插脚4与灯丝2的两端连接,也由压板3固定,插脚4制成“U”型,“U”的一头连接灯丝2的端,另一头向里弯曲,压板3在“U”型插脚4向里弯曲的一头对应处设置有插脚槽31,“U”型插脚4向里弯曲的一头设置在插脚槽31内。

1、一种卤钨灯,具有灯泡(1)、灯丝(2)、压板(3)和插脚(4),灯泡(1)和压板(3)一体制成,灯丝(2)由固定架(21)上的灯丝支架(22)固定,设置在灯泡(1)内,灯丝(2)的两端穿过固定架(21),固定在压板(3)里,插脚(4)与灯丝(2)的两端连接,也由压板(3)固定,其特征在于:插脚(4)制成“U”型,“U”的一头连接灯丝(2)的端,另一头向里弯曲,压板(3)在“U”型插脚(4)向里弯曲的一头对应处设置有插脚槽(31),“U”型插脚(4)向里弯曲的一头设置在插脚槽(31)内。
