本实用新型涉及一种暖气片,具体说是一种高效节能真空暖气片。
现在的暖气片大多是水循环式的,用水较多,需要较多的能源,如果间歇供热升温较慢。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种高效节能真空暖气片,它节约能源,减轻污染,升温快。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
本暖气片由外壳、散热片、真空室及水管组成,外壳内的真空室是密封的,有抽真空口,真空室内加少量导热介质,在外壳内真空室的上部及下部有进、出水管与暖气管路连通。
本实用新型的优点在于:1、本暖气片只用少量循环水间接加热导热介质,用水少,节约能源,同等条件下比全用水循环节煤2/3。2、节煤也减轻对大气的污染,如家用锅炉取暖可减轻对室内的污染。3、导热介质比热小,升温快,可迅速达到要求的温度。4、本暖气片结构简单,制作容易,使用维修方便。

由图1、图2可以看到,本暖气片由外壳(1)、散热片(2)、真空室(5)及水管组成,真空室是密封的,有抽真空口(3),该口连螺丝(4)及密封垫片,真空室内加少量导热介质(6),在外壳内真空室的上部及下部有进、出水管(7)、(8)与暖气管路连通。
