本实用新型涉及一种工字型电感器。它有一根磁芯(2),磁芯外绕有线圈(3)由接线柱(1)引出,其特征在于所述的磁芯两端各有圆磁片(2-1)、(2-1),其截面为一体的工字型。有了工字型线槽,既简化了绕线工艺,又提高了磁芯与线圈的耦合,可以节约铜材的使用,在相同电感量中是一种体积最小的电感器。

本实用新型涉及一种工字型电感器。
                         背景技术
现有的棒式电感器,有一根磁芯,磁芯外绕有线圈,由接线柱引出。此电感器有如下不足:一是在磁芯上绕规整线圈的工艺要求较高;二是外层线圈与磁芯的耦合较弱,使电感量减小,为了达到同样电感必须增加线圈匝数,即增加铜线用量。
                         发明内容
本实用新型的工字型电感器,有一根磁芯,磁芯外绕有线由接线柱引出,其特征在于所述的磁芯两端各有圆磁片,其截面为一体工字型。有了工字型线槽,既简化了绕线工艺,又提高了磁芯与线圈的耦合,可以节约铜材的使用,在相同电感量中是一种体积最小的电感器。

                       具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。
见图1,本例的电感器,有一根磁芯2,磁芯一般采用DR6~DR14,本例为DR10×12mm;磁芯2两端各有圆磁片2-1、2-2,成一体的工字截面。磁芯的工字槽绕有线圈3,线圈一般采用φ0.15~0.55mm的漆包线绕制,通常绕49-395TS,本例用φ0.29mm的漆包线绕225TS,由接线柱1引出。本例产品的电感量为2.0mH。工字型磁芯外套有塑料护套4,以提高对裸露磁芯的保护,当工作电压较高时,可提高产品的安全系数。

1、一种工字型电感器,有一根磁芯(2),磁芯外绕有线圈(3)由接线柱(1)引出,其特征在于所述的磁芯两端各有圆磁片(2-1)、(2-2),其截面为一体的工字型。
2、根据权利要求1所述的气隙电感器,其特征在于所述的线圈外套有护套(4)。
