热超导省煤器
本实用新型涉及一种锅炉用省煤器,具体说是涉及一种热超导省煤器。
目前锅炉使用的省煤器,有钢管省煤器和铸铁省煤器,它们共同的缺点是传热效率低,尤其铸铁省煤器,鳍片之间,间隙很小,很容易堵灰而使传热效果恶化。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种热超导省煤器,提高传热效率,更有利于节能和环保。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:首先,做一个钢制容器,上部开有进、出水口,下部开孔,将内部装有超导液的封闭的热管,安装在开孔上,将热管上半部伸入钢制容器内部,下半部伸入烟道底部。运行时,先将钢制容器加水,液面应始终超过热管顶部,开孔部位不得渗漏。当锅炉的高温烟气,通过烟道中的热管下半部加热段时,将热量传递给热管内的超导液,然后超导液迅速将热量传递给钢制容器内的水,充分利用烟气余热,将水加热升温。
由于采用上述方案,充分利用了超导液传热迅速的优点,从而提高了热效率,更有利于节能和环保。

从图一中可知:钢制容器2的下部开孔处安装热管4,热管上半部伸入钢制容器内部,热管下半部伸入烟道,钢制容器上部开有出水口1、和进水口3。

1.一种热超导省煤器,包括钢制容器和管络部分,其特征是:在钢制容器下部开孔,将内部装有超导液的封闭的热管,安装在开孔上,将热管上半部伸入钢制容器内部,下半部伸入烟道底部。
