本实用新型公开了一种光缆耐张线夹,由螺旋状护线条预绞丝,两头段缠绕在护线条预绞丝外表面且中间段呈U形内弯的耐张预绞丝、U形连接环、延长杆、U形挂环组成,其特征在于,所述的护线条预绞丝的内侧面粘附有橡胶涂层。由于本实用新型在增加对光缆的握力和摩擦力的同时,又不易磨损、划伤光缆的外表面,故本实用新型是对现有技术的又一次改进。

光缆耐张线夹
本实用新型涉及一种光缆架空用配套金具,具体地说涉及一种架空光缆用的光缆耐张线夹。
目前,光缆作为一种新型的信号传输载体使用量越来越大,其架设方式有铺地与架空两种,在光缆架空线路中使用的耐张夹具,容易破损接触处光缆的外表皮,这主要是因为现有的耐张夹具中为了增加护线条预绞丝对光缆的握力和摩擦力而在护线条预绞丝的内侧面粘附了一层金钢砂所致。实验表明,光缆表面的划痕,擦花甚至破损等现象能使光缆在运行中发生电腐蚀,从而逐渐扩大造成危害。
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种不易磨损光缆表面的光缆耐张线夹。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,光缆耐张线夹由螺旋状护线条预绞丝,两头段缠绕在护线条预绞丝外表面且中间段呈U形内弯的耐张预绞丝、U形连接环、延长杆、U形挂环组成,其特征在于,所述的护线条预绞丝的内侧面粘附有橡胶涂层。
由于本实用新型光缆耐张线夹的护线条预绞丝的内侧面粘附有橡胶涂层,在增加对光缆的握力和摩擦力的同时,又不易磨损、划伤光缆的外表面,故本实用新型是对现有技术的又一次改进。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明,在光缆3的外表面缠绕有护线条预绞丝1,护线条预绞丝1的内侧面即有与光缆3的接触面粘附有橡胶涂层7,在护线条预绞丝的外表面缠绕有耐张预绞丝2,耐张预绞丝2的两头段缠在护线条预绞丝1的外表面,中间段呈内U形,连接在U形连接环4上,U形连接环4与延长杆连接,延长杆的另一端头与U形挂环6相连,U形挂环6连接在杆、塔等支撑物上。

1、光缆耐张线夹由螺旋状护线条预绞丝1,两头段缠绕在护线条预绞丝(1)外表面且中间段呈U形内弯的耐张预绞丝(2)、U形连接环(4)、延长杆(5)、U形挂环(6)组成,其特征在于,所述的护线条预绞丝(1)的内侧面粘附有橡胶涂层(7)。
