Abstract
一种压力锅限压阀包括:由金属材料制成的阀体和阀体芯;阀体芯下部设有限压阀阀杆;所述的阀体外设有阀体罩,阀体罩注压于阀体的上表面和侧面,并设有与阀体出气孔相应的开孔,阀体罩由热导率小的非金属材料制成。由于阀体外设有阀体罩,阀体罩由热导率小的非金属材料制成,使得限压阀具有防烫手功能。由于阀体罩直接注压于阀体表面,使得阀体罩牢固、不易损坏。
Description
本实用新型涉及压力锅技术领域，特别涉及一种压力锅限压阀。
目前，重锤式压力锅限压阀的阀体多采用金属制作，在摘取(或提升)限压阀时极易烫伤手。中国专利96202701.4号公开了一种压力锁限压阀，其阀体外侧设有阀盖，阀盖与阀柄联接，阀盖和阀体之间留有空隙。其可将锅内喷出的蒸气挡在阀盖内侧，不会烫伤使用者。但此种限压阀的阀柄与阀盖，通过阀柄底部的凹槽和阀盖内侧的凸出榫相连，阀盖与阀体间无连接点使得阀盖很容易损坏。再者，此种限压阀的制造较复杂，制造成本高。难以适应使用者的要求。
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种具有防烫手功能、制造方便的压力锅限压阀。
为了达到以上所述的目的，本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
一种压力锅限压阀包括：由金属材料制成的阀体和阀体芯；阀体芯下部设有限压阀阀杆；所述的阀体外设有阀体罩，阀体罩注压于阀体的上表面和侧面，并与阀体结合成一体；阀体罩设有与阀体出气孔相应的开孔，阀体罩由热导率小的非金属材料制成。
在本实用新型中，所述的热导率小的非金属材料是尼龙或塑料，当然也可以是其它热导率小的材料。
本实用新型的优点在于：由于阀体外设有阀体罩，阀体罩由热导率小的非金属材料制成，使得限压阀具有防烫手功能。由于阀体罩直接注压于阀体表面，使得阀体罩牢固、不易损坏，且制造方便。
为了更加清楚的说明本实用新型，下面结合附图进行详细说明：
图1是本实用新型实施例1结构示意图。
图2是本实用新型实施例2结构示意图。
如图1所示：限压阀包括：由金属材料制成的阀体1和阀体芯2；阀体芯2下部设有限压阀阀杆3；限压阀阀杆固定于压力锅锅盖7上，阀体下部内壁上设有卡簧8；阀体外设有阀体罩4，尼龙阀体罩4注压于阀体1的上表面和侧面，并设有与阀体出气孔5相应的开孔6。使得限压阀具有防烫手功能，且制造方便。
图2给出了本实用新型的另一实施例。在本实施例中，阀体罩由塑料材料注压于阀体表面而成，其它与实施例1相同。
在本实用新型中，限压阀可以是固定式的，当然也可以是可拆卸式的。

1、一种压力锅限压阀包括：由金属材料制成的阀体和阀体芯；阀体芯下部设有限压阀阀杆；其特征在于：所述的阀体外设有阀体罩，阀体罩注压于阀体的上表面和侧面，并与阀体结合成一体；阀体罩设有与阀体出气孔相应的开孔，阀体罩由热导率小的非金属材料制成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的压力锅限压阀，其特征在于：所述的热导率小的非金属材料是尼龙或塑料。
