Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种由金属壶体、壶盖、透明塑料块组成的电热水壶,金属壶体上设有窗口,在该窗口的边缘设有许多小孔,在透明塑料块上设有相应能与小孔相扣接的胶柱,透明塑料块扣接在该窗口的边缘上,金属壶体的窗口成为密封结构,这种结构实现了直接观察金属壶体内的水位,且具有结构紧凑、密封性好、美观耐用的特点。

本实用新型涉及一种金属壶体的电热水壶。
目前，现有的电热水壶为了方便地观察壶内的水位情况，一般在金属壶体外设有一个透明的塑料水管，该水管与金属壶体内相连通，由于该连接处必须设密封圈来防止漏水，使这样的结构不但结构复杂，也使整体美观设计受限制，且水位不易观察，易造成渗漏，安全系数低，制造成本高。现市场有一种可直接观察壶内水位的电热水壶，其壶体为塑料材料制成，在该塑料壶体上设有透明塑料窗口，这塑料壶体与透明塑料窗口在生产工艺上很容易熔合在一起，但由于塑料壶体在长时间的受热，容易产生老化现象以至使用寿命短的缺点。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可直接观察金属壶体内的水位、结构紧凑、密封性好、且美观耐用的电热水壶。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的电热水壶，由金属壶体、壶盖、透明塑料块组成，金属壶体上设有窗口，在窗口的边缘上设有许多小孔；在透明塑料块上设有相应能与小孔相扣接的胶柱，透明塑料块扣接在窗口的边缘上，金属壶体的窗口成为密封结构。
本实用新型进一步的改进方案为：透明塑料块与窗口的边缘之间设有密封圈。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有如下优点：
1、能把金属壶体与透明塑料块之间达到密封连接，使其造型新颖，美观实用。
2、具有安全系数高、耐用的特点。
3、适用于不同造型的壶体，使产品多样化。

如图1、图2所示的本实用新型的电热水壶，由金属壶体1、壶盖2、透明塑料块4组成，金属壶体1上设有窗口6，在窗口6的边缘上设有许多小孔7；在透明塑料块4上设有相应能与小孔7相扣接的胶柱8，塑料块4扣接在该窗口6的边缘上，透明塑料块4与金属壶体1之间设有密封圈5，金属壶体1的窗口6成为密封结构。如图3所示，在金属壶体1的窗口6周围设有向内的凹槽3，同样金属壶体1的窗口6成为密封结构。

1、一种电热水壶，由金属壶体(1)、壶盖(2)、透明塑料块(4)组成，金属壶体(1)上设有窗口(6)，其特征在于：在该窗口(6)的边缘上设有许多小孔(7)；在透明塑料块(4)上设有相应能与小孔(7)相扣接的胶柱(8)，透明塑料块(4)扣接在该窗口(6)的边缘上，金属壶体(1)的窗口(6)成为密封结构。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电热水壶，其特征在于：透明塑料块(4)与窗口(6)的边缘之间设有密封圈(5)。
