Abstract

外柄式人工股骨头
本实用新型属于医疗器械技术领域,涉及一种骨科人工股骨头结构的改进。
目前,在人工股骨头置换术中所使用的人工股骨头结构一种是有柄插入式,另一种是无柄式,研究表明,在人工股骨头置换术后由于应力分布异常,表现为应力遮挡和应力集中,常是引起关节柄松动、下沉的最主要原因之一;插入式人工股骨头必须以其柄植入人体的股骨髓腔内进行固定,人工关节与人体股骨接触处受力集中,压强大,术后易出现人工关节松动、磨损和感染等合并症,使植入的人工关节下沉,造成患者长短腿,严重影响人工关节的使用寿命,另外,柄折断后取出非常困难。无柄式人工股骨头则容易出现中心固定螺钉将大粗隆纵行向上劈开,从而出现松动。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种应力分布均匀,不使关节柄松动、下沉的外柄式人工股骨头。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
外柄一端有一套筒,中心杆一端插入固定于套筒内,中心杆另一端有一插入固定的人工股骨颈,人工股骨头插入固定在人工股骨颈上。
本实用新型的优点是:
具有低应力、高强度、小变形、抗松动的力学特征,并且适应症宽、合并症少,手术操作简便,易于推广普及。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步描述:
其中:1人工股骨头、2人工股骨颈、3中心杆、4套筒、5外柄、6中心杆加压固定螺丝、7张力带螺钉、8固定螺钉、9股骨。在人工股骨颈外沿的颈领上由张力带螺钉将其固定股骨上。假体外柄形状的横断面可以是直线形、梯形、半弧形。
使用时,保留股骨距1——2厘米将股骨颈横断,在电钻辅助下,将人工股骨颈中心螺钉插入股骨颈并大转子下方穿出,装配配套外柄,拧紧螺钉、螺母;然后安装张力带(侧翼)螺钉并将之固定,此时外柄应于股骨干紧密结合,然后安装外柄固定螺钉,最后装配人工股骨头。
