太阳能热水、淡化器
本实用新型涉及一种太阳能热水、淡化器,既可以得到热水,又可以得到淡水,适合于淡水缺少地区使用。
中国专利CN2310962Y公开了一种“双水箱不积垢空管热水器”,它有若干支真空集热管,集热管上端均通上水箱,下端均通下水箱,上水箱有冷、热水进出口。但该热水器侧重于制取热水,对上水箱集聚的蒸汽未加利用,可以说是一种遗憾。
本是为了克服上述已有技术的不足,而提供一种保持热水制取功能,又能制取淡水的太阳能热水、淡化器。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的。本太阳能热水、淡化器,有若干支集热管,集热管上端通集汽箱,下端通连通管,集汽箱有冷水进口,连通管有热水出口-排污阀,其特征在于所述的集汽箱上部有蒸汽出口通冷凝器,冷凝器有淡水出口,还有进水口-进水阀和出水口-逆止阀,进水口有液位自动调节阀;进水阀和逆止阀分别与反洗阀两端连通,以利清洗。蒸汽出口和冷凝器之间设蒸汽阀。集汽箱设有空气阀。
本实用新型保持了热水制取功能,又能制取淡水,是一种结构简单,设计合理太阳能热水、淡化器。
图1是本实用新型示意图。
下面结合实施例和附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。
见图1,本实用新型有10支集热管1,本例用玻璃真空管;集热管上端通集汽箱2,集汽箱直径大些,以增加蒸发量;集热管下端通连通管3。集汽箱2设有空气阀17和冷水进口2′,连通管3有热水出口-排污阀14。集汽箱上部有蒸汽出口15′经过蒸汽阀15通冷凝器4,冷凝器有淡水出口16′,还有冷却进水口-进水阀12和出水口-逆止阀18,进水口有液位自动调节阀19,本例为常用的浮球式调节阀。为了清洗的方便,进水阀12和逆止阀18分别与反洗阀13两端连通。进水阀12和反洗阀13前设总阀11,限压阀10,则更加方便了使用。
本实用新型的功能和使用操作是:
1、进水和补充:先关反洗阀13、排污阀14,依次开总阀11、进水阀12,冷水通过冷凝器4从逆止阀18进入集汽箱2。进水后检查并调节水位至集汽箱中水位±1cm。热水不断蒸发,冷凝器4内的液位自动调节阀19自动开启,即源源不断补充冷水。
2、取热水:在太阳光照下,集热管水首先升温,经过对流使容器内水达到高温,开排污阀14可以得到热水。
3、取蒸馏水:开蒸汽阀15,让高温水蒸汽通过冷凝器4,经过冷却成蒸馏水从淡水出口16′-取水阀16排出。经过热交换,从冷凝器4出来经逆止阀18进入集汽箱的水已有温升,也有利于提高了本实用新型的热效率。
4、清洗集汽箱:关蒸汽阀15,开反洗阀13,开空气阀17,本例为旋式,可由漏斗加入清洗剂和水使集汽箱水位升高,将结在上半部的盐碱溶解后溢出空气阀17。清洗结束,关反洗阀13,开排污阀14,待集汽箱水位下降至中水位±1cm(由打开的空气阀17,插入水位量棒确定,再关排污阀14、空气阀17,开蒸汽阀15,整个热水、淡化器又恢复正常工作。
5、防冻:关总阀11、进水阀12、反洗阀13,开排污阀14、空气阀17,即可放空热水器中积水以防冻。

1、一种太阳能热水、淡化器,有若干支集热管(1),集热管上端通集汽箱(2),下端通连通管(3),集汽箱有冷水进口(2′),连通管有热水出口-排污阀(14),其特征在于所述的集汽箱上部有蒸汽出口(15′)通冷凝器(4),冷凝器有淡水出口(16′),还有进水口-进水阀(12)和出水口-逆止阀(18),进水口有液位自动调节阀(19);进水阀(12)和逆止阀(18)分别与反洗阀(13)两端连通。
2、根据权利要求1所述的太阳能热水、淡化器,其特征在于所述的蒸汽出口(15′)和冷凝器(4)之间设蒸汽阀(15)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的太阳能热水、淡化器,其特征在于所述的集汽箱(2)设有空气阀(17)。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的太阳能热水、淡化器,其特征在于所述的进水阀(12)和反洗阀(13)前设总阀(11),限压阀(10)。
