超导节能热水锅炉
本实用新型属于采暖锅炉。
为了提高锅炉热效率,大多数锅炉都采用增加受热面积或增加烟气在炉内的行程的结构,虽有一定的效果,但增加了锅炉的钢材使用量,加大了制造成本,使产品缺少竞争能力。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种钢材量消耗少、成本低、热效率高的超导节能热水锅炉。
本实用新型的目的是通过附图所示的技术方案实现的,它包括一个底座8、炉排7、水套2、置于炉膛5上方与水套相连通的锅筒4、出水管和进水管,本实用新型在锅筒内插入数根钢制高温导热管3,导热管的下部相对上部弯折置于炉膛上方,导热管内有导热介质,在水套的上部也插有数根中温导热管1,中温导热管的下部置于炉内烟道处。导热管与锅筒、水套接触处密封焊接。炉膛内有一圈卫燃保温层6。
本实用新型结构简单、紧凑,体积小,占地面积小,钢材耗量少,成本低,比普通水管锅炉降低成本30%以上,本实用新型热效率高,导热管导热速度快,使锅炉加热快,导热管将炉膛热量传递到锅筒和水套内,大大提高了锅炉的热效率,热效率可达80%以上。

实施例
如附图所示,锅炉呈圆柱形,高1920毫米,直径1000毫米,设计额定热功率0.15MW,额定工作压力0.09Mpa,导热管采用碳钢20G,直径38毫米,壁厚4毫米,导热介质为钠、钾、铬合成液,高温导热管24根,长900毫米,均匀分布于锅筒内,导热管下部弯折成100°角,置于炉膛上方,中温导热管8根,呈锐角弯折状,插在水套的拱形部位,下部位于炉内烟道处。

1、超导节能热水锅炉,包括一个底座、炉排、水套、置于炉膛上方与水套相连通的锅筒、出水管和进水管,其特征在于在锅筒内插入数根钢制高温导热管,导热管的下部相对上部弯折置于炉膛上方,导热管内有导热介质,在水套的上部也插有数根中温导热管,中温导热管的下部置于炉内烟道处。导热管与锅筒、水套接触处密封焊接。
