石油地矿勘探用梳齿式三翼钻头
本实用新型涉及一种钻浅井的石油地矿勘探钻机部件,特别涉及一种石油地矿勘探钻机的梳齿式三翼钻头。
目前,用于松软-软的泥岩、泥质砂岩、页岩等地区的地震勘探钻井的钻机普遍使用刮刀式钻头,主要依靠剪力破碎岩层,在使用中发现由于现有的刮刀式钻头其翼面多为竖直状,在钻进这种软粘韧的塑性岩层时,清除岩屑的能力不足,即岩屑的排除不能快于岩屑的生成,因而大量岩屑积聚后阻塞在切削元件前面,使钻头产生重复研磨现象,特别是在软硬交错的不均质地层中钻进,钻头常发生蹩跳现象,这些现象造成钻头极易磨损,使钻进发生困难,致使钻井效率大为降低,
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可快速、有效地清除岩屑,避免钻头产生重复研磨和蹩跳现象,钻井效率高的石油地矿勘探用梳齿式三翼钻头。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种石油地矿勘探用梳齿式三翼钻头,包括钻柄、钻头体、合金块、翼面,其特征在于钻头体上设置有梳齿状三翼面及排屑槽。钻柄、钻头体、翼面为精铸整体成型。每组翼面至少包括三个梳齿,每个梳齿底部焊接有硬质合金块。钻头体上设置有高压喷射孔。
本实用新型梳齿式三翼钻头可装在石油地矿勘探钻机上,梳齿式三翼钻头是通过钻杆与钻机的动力头相联结而挂在钻机的井架上,采用液压系统实现钻机的钻头旋转、提升和钻进,这种梳齿式三翼钻头可快速、有效地清除岩屑,避免钻头产生重复研磨和蹩跳现象,大大提高了钻井效率;本实用新型具有扩展性强,攻透力深,进尺速度快等特点,可广泛用于松软-软的泥岩、泥质砂岩、页岩等地区的地震勘探钻井,特别适用于软硬交错的不均质地层中的地震勘探钻井。

下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明:
参阅图1、图2所示,石油地矿勘探用梳齿式三翼钻头主要是由钻柄1、钻头体2、翼面3、合金块4、喷射孔5、排屑槽6、7等构成的,其钻柄1、钻头体2、翼面3材质为铸钢,采用精铸整体成型。所述的钻头体2上设置有梳齿状三翼面3,每组翼面3至少包括三个梳齿,梳齿之间是排屑槽6,均匀分布在钻头体2外围的三翼面3之间也形成排屑槽7,三翼面3的每个梳齿底部采用铜焊焊接有硬质合金块4,钻头体2侧壁上设置有高压喷射孔5,并与钻头体2的中心通道相通,用于输送洗井介质。
同时参阅图3、图4、图5所示,本实用新型的尾部是钻柄1,内设有螺纹孔,钻头可通过螺纹孔与钻杆联结,使钻头与钻杆同步工作,钻杆与钻机的动力头采用螺纹孔相联结而挂在钻机的井架上,并采用液压系统实现钻机的钻头旋转、提升和钻进。本实用新型的硬质合金块4抗磨损,易于岩层的破碎切削,排屑槽6、7可使岩屑沿着梳齿状三翼面3自井底向上升起,快速、有效地清除岩屑,避免钻头产生重复研磨和蹩跳现象。
钻头运转时,洗井介质通过钻杆进入钻头体2中的中心通道,使高速喷射的洗井介质很好地清除切削元件上的岩屑,并润滑和冷却钻头,然后泥浆从排屑槽6、7回到井口外面,如此反复循环,使钻头的钻进进尺不断增加。

1、一种石油地矿勘探用梳齿式三翼钻头,包括钻柄、钻头体、合金块、翼面,其特征在于钻头体(2)上设置有梳齿状三翼面(3)及排屑槽(6)、(7)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的石油地矿勘探用梳齿式三翼钻头,其特征在于钻柄(1)、钻头体(2)、翼面(3)为精铸整体成型。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的石油地矿勘探用梳齿式三翼钻头,其特征在于每组翼面(3)至少包括三个梳齿,每个梳齿底部焊接有硬质合金块(4)。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的石油地矿勘探用梳齿式三翼钻头,其特征在于钻头体(2)上设置有高压喷射孔(5)。
