锥面三偏心金属密封蝶阀
本实用新型涉及一种蝶阀,尤其是一种改进的锥面三偏心金属密封蝶阀。
现有的锥面三偏心金属密封蝶阀,采用传统的各截面厚度相同的密封圈,由于该密封圈的密封面各部位磨擦角度不同,从而使密封面各部位密封比压不同,因此很难保证金属密封蝶阀双向密封。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种改进的锥面三偏心金属密封蝶阀,它能够保证锥面三偏心金属密封蝶阀的双向密封性能。
本实用新型的锥面三偏心金属密封蝶阀,由压盖、阀杆、填料、阀体、压板、蝶板、密封圈和底盖组成,蝶阀阀杆相对于密封中圈轴向和径向两次偏心,密封中圈中心轴线同密封圈封面所在锥面的中心线偏转一个角度,其特征是:所述的密封圈采用靠近阀杆部位厚度薄、远离阀杆部位厚度厚的不等厚结构。

图1为本实用新型结构示意图。
由附图可见,锥面三偏心金属密封蝶阀,由压盖1、阀杆2、填料3、阀体4、压板5、蝶板6、密封圈7、底盖8组成。阀杆2通过阀体4的两个轴孔装入阀体4,填料3装在阀杆2上,通过压盖1压入阀体。蝶板6通过销钉固定在阀杆2上,靠近阀杆部位厚度薄、远高阀杆部位厚度厚的不等厚密封圈7通过压板5固定在蝶板6上,蝶板上的阀杆2轴孔轴线位置相对密封圈中圈轴向有一个偏心,径向方面有另一个偏心,同时密封中圈中心轴线同密封圈密封面所在锥面的中心偏转一个角度,形成金属密封蝶阀的锥面三偏心结构。不等厚的密封圈7由薄钢板和非金属材料复合而成或直接由多层薄钢板叠加而成。
其工作原理:锥面三偏心金属密封蝶阀关闭时,阀杆2顺时针转动带动蝶板6顺时针转动,三偏心结构的凸轮效应加上密封圈的不等厚结构,使蝶板在关闭过程中密封圈各部位同步到达阀体密封面,保证锥面三偏心金属密封蝶阀的密封及较小的操作力矩。
由此可见,本实用新型的锥面三偏心金属密封蝶阀具有很好的双向密封性。

1、一种锥面三偏心金属密封蝶阀,由压盖、阀杆、填料、阀体、压板、蝶板、密封圈和底盖组成,蝶阀阀杆(2)相对于密封中圈轴向和径向两次偏心,密封中圈中心轴线同密封圈(7)密封面所在锥面的中心线偏转一个角度,其特征是:所述的密封圈(7)采用靠近阀杆(2)部位厚度薄、远离阀杆(2)部位厚度厚的不等厚结构。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种金属密封蝶阀,其特征是:所述的不等厚密封圈(7)由薄钢板和非金属材料复合而成,或直接由多层薄钢板叠加而成。
