Abstract
一种可分离式电源插头/插座,用于电炸锅(尤指深电炸锅)、电煎锅、热熔奶油器等加热液体的家用电器。包括有壳体、磁吸部件、电源线等零件,通过某种形式(弯曲的线套或弯曲的壳体)使电源线与插头与插座的接触面成某个角度,且电源线在插头上的引出端在插头插座接触平面上的投影不在磁铁吸力的作用范围内,在导磁片附近有小的凸起作为支点。本实用新型安全实用,目的是在任意方向上拉电源线时,在拉动电热器具之前使插头与插座分离,达到防火、防漏电、防烫伤的目的。
Description
本实用新型为一种可分离式电源插头/插座,用于电炸锅(尤指深电炸锅)、电煎锅、热熔奶油器等加热液体的家用电器。
目前,在加热液体的家用电器的工作过程中,液体具有高温、导电及易流动等特性,而目前采用的固定式的电源线,如不小心碰到了电源线就有可能将电热器具拉倒,从而使液体流出易造成烫伤、漏电甚至起火。
本实用新型的目的,是采用可分离式电源插头/插座,使电源线的方向相对于插头与插座的接触面倾斜一个角度,从而使得电源线易于从电热器具上分离,达到在任意方向上拉电源线时,在电热器具移动之前使电源线从电热器具上断开的目的。
本实用新型是这样实现的:在磁性插头的电源线引出端,采用某种方式(如采用弯曲的线套或弯曲的壳体等方式)使得电源线在引出端的方向与插头和插座的接触面形成一个角度。
本实用新型采用可分离式电源插头/插座,电源线的方向相对于插头与插座的接触面倾斜一个角度,使电源线的引出端在接触面上的投影不在磁铁吸力的作用范围内,而且在导磁片附近有小凸起以减小吸力力臂,从而使得电源线易于从电热器具上分离,达到在任意方向上拉电源线时,在电热器具移动之前使电源线从电热器具上断开,增加安全性。

图例说明:1—十字槽盘头螺钉、2—上盖、3—弹性片、4—电触点、5—导磁板、6—磁铁、7—银触点、8—接触铜柱、9-固定架、10—六角螺母、11—弹簧垫圈、12—吸引片、13—下盖、14—六角螺母、15—弹簧垫圈、16—线套、17—电源线。
实施例1如下:如图1、图2、图3、图4、所示,插头由上盖(2)、下盖(13)、线套(16)、磁铁(6)、导磁片(5)、弹性片(3)、电源线(17)等组成。插座由固定架(9)、吸引片(12)、接触铜柱(8)等组成。插头与插座的接触由吸引板与两片导磁片组成,吸力的大小与吸引板和导磁片的接触面积成正比。连接插头与插座的力由磁铁(6)通过两片导磁片(5)吸住吸引片(12)提供,磁铁吸力的作用范围即导磁片所围成的面积。电源线(17)通过线套(16)固定在上盖(2)和下盖(13)之间,线套(16)的长轴方向与插头与插座的接触面B(即吸引片(12)表面)倾斜一个角度,幅度在-45°-85°之间。使得电源线(17)与插头和插座的接触面也倾斜同一角度。当电源线(17)受到任一方向的力时,均在插头与插座的接触面(即吸引片(12)表面)上同时产生拉力F1和绕导磁片附近的凸点A的转矩M1。而磁吸力亦产生吸力F2及绕凸点A的转矩M2,凸点A的存在减小了M2的力臂,使得转矩M1可以克服M2使得插头首先产生旋转,从而减小吸引板与导磁片的接触面积,即磁吸力F2减小为小面积磁吸力F3,而另一方面拉力F1能克服吸力F3使插头与插座分开。使电热器具断电,并且不能拉动或倾倒电热器具,从而达到安全的目的,避免了烫伤、触电甚至起火的发生。
实施例2如下:如图5所示,将壳体的电源线插入端做成弯曲状,使电源线与插头和插座的接触面产生倾斜角度。
综上所述,为满足不同的需求,本实用新型可作适当的变换,如改变电源线倾斜的角度或方向、改变使电源线产生倾斜角度的结构形式(如在实例中采用的弯曲线套或采用弯曲的壳体等方式),外壳的形状、插头与插座接合的形式等。
Claims (5)
1、一种可分离式电源插头/插座,包括壳体、磁吸部件、线套、导磁片及电源线等,其特征在于在磁性插头的电源线引出端,采用某种方式,如采用弯曲的线套或弯曲的壳体的方式,使得电源线在引出端的方向与插头和插座的接触面形成一个角度。
2、根据权利要求1所述的可分离式电源插头/插座,其特征在于电源线相对于插头与插座的接触面的倾斜角度为-45°-85°。
3、据权利要求1所述的可分离式电源插头/插座,其特征在于电源线的引出端在插头与插座接触面上的投影不在磁铁吸力的作用范围内。
4、据权利要求1所述的可分离式电源插头/插座,其特征在于在导磁片的附近的壳体或固定架上设有小的凸起,作为插头旋转时的支点。
5、根据权利要求1所述的可分离式电源插头/插座,其特征在于:插头与插座的连接是由磁铁、导磁片和吸引片组成。
