遮阳篷摆臂机构
本实用新型涉及摆臂机构，尤其涉及遮阳篷摆臂机构。
遮阳篷有摆臂式、曲臂式、帐篷式和伞式，目前用得比较多的是摆臂式，所谓摆臂式就是遮阳篷布一端卷绕在卷管上，另一端平幅固定于端杆上。端杆由一个可以180°旋转的摆臂支撑，当卷管卷布时收起端杆，摆臂转到顶上，当卷管松布时，布和端杆所受的重力，驱使端杆落下，摆臂转下来，遮阳布伸展出来。这种仅利用重力作用使篷布打开的系统，不能给篷布足够的张力，以致篷布不能绷紧，使得遮阳篷缺乏力度、影响美观。
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种可施加篷布适当张力，使其绷紧平挺的遮阳篷摆臂机构。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现：遮阳篷摆臂机构，包括摆臂、支架，所述的摆臂底端与支架活动连接，所述支架固定在墙体上，其特点是，还包括支角、钢绳、压簧、上压块、下压块、套座，所述的支角固设在支架上，所述的摆臂底端套设在该支角上，所述的钢绳绕住支角，该钢绳的一端固定于支架，另一端套设一压簧，并伸入摆臂内，所述的摆臂为中空结构，所述的压簧上、下端各设有一上压块、下压块，所述的下压块固定在套座上，该套座固定在摆臂底部。
所述的摆臂底部设有定位通孔，所述的套座通过穿设于该定位通孔的定位螺丝固定在摆臂底部。
所述的支架内设有空腔，所述的钢绳的一端设置在该空腔内固定。
所述的上、下压块分别设有上、下护套。
所述的支架通过螺栓固定在墙体上。
与现技术相比，本实用新型具有以下优点：
1.通过钢绳弹簧简单的结构，巧妙地将压簧的功能转换为弹力摆臂，即将直线运动复位转换为摆动复位。
2.采用强弹力复位的摆臂，在使用时不仅要克服重力，还要克服弹力才能将篷布收起，但当遮阳篷正常工作时，遮阳篷布卷管端没有拉力时可自锁，借助摆臂的强弹力使篷布绷紧，特别当受到风吹及外力使篷布松驰后也能复位。
3.弹簧处于压缩状态，但始终在弹性形变范围内，可以长期使用而不会松驰。
4.弹簧和钢绳均套在铝合金摆臂中，应用于外遮阳，尽管露天使用，不受风吹雨淋日晒影响，无须保养。

如图1所示，一种遮阳篷摆臂机构，包括摆臂1、支角2、支架3、钢绳4、压簧5、上压块6、下压块7、套座8；所述的摆臂1的底端套设在支角上2上，该支角2固设在支架3上，该支架3通过螺栓11固定在墙体上，所述的钢绳4的一端固设于支架3的空腔31内，另一端套设有一压簧5并伸入中空的摆臂1内，所述的压簧5上、下各设有一上压块6、下压块7，该上压块6、下压块7各设有上、下护套61、71，该护套将钢绳4与压簧5相互定位，所述的套座8呈一套筒状，它设在摆臂1的内底部，并由定位螺丝10穿过定位通孔9将之固定。
本实用新型的工作原理是：摆臂1的端部套在支角2上，支角2被一根钢绳4绕住，钢绳4的一端固定于支架3，钢绳的另一端外套着一根压簧5，压簧的实际长度由压簧5两端的压块6、7决定，当钢绳4处于直线状态时，此时两压块6、7距离最大，压簧5处于微压缩状态，当钢绳4绕过支角2后，压簧5两端的压块6、7距离将会缩小，从而将压簧5压紧，压簧5给压块6、7的反作用力要摆臂1返回原来位置，从外表上看，把摆臂1从自然稳定位置摆过一个角度后，摆臂1会自行复位，此时的摆臂1成为弹力摆臂，由于设计的压簧5的倔服强度比较高，从而给摆臂1以较大的弹力，这样就可以给篷布一定的张力，以致篷布绷紧平挺，显得很有精神。

1.遮阳篷摆臂机构，包括摆臂、支架，所述的摆臂底端与支架活动连接，所述支架固定在墙体上，其特征在于，还包括支角、钢绳、压簧、上压块、下压块、套座，所述的支角固设在支架上，所述的摆臂底端套设在该支角上，所述的钢绳绕住支角，该钢绳的一端固定于支架，另一端套设一压簧，并伸入摆臂内，所述的摆臂为中空结构，所述的压簧上、下端各设有一上压块、下压块，所述的下压块固定在套座上，该套座固定在摆臂底部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的遮阳篷摆臂机构，其特征在于，所述的摆臂底部设有定位通孔，所述的套座通过穿设于该定位通孔的定位螺丝固定在摆臂底部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的遮阳篷摆臂机构，其特征在于，所述的支架内设有空腔，所述的钢绳的一端设置在该空腔内固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的遮阳篷摆臂机构，其特征在于，所述的上、下压块分别设有上、下护套。
5.根据权利要求1所述的遮阳篷摆臂机构，其特征在于，所述的支架通过螺栓固定在墙体上。
