本实用新型公开了一种温控电热板。其依次包括有热保护层、在热保护层前部为热反射层,在热反射层前部为绝缘云母板,在绝缘云母板前部为涂膜云母板,在绝缘云母板与涂膜云母板之间的所述涂膜云母板上涂有电加热膜,在电加热膜两端头为电极,导线与电极相连,在所述热反射层与所述热保护层之间安装有温度保护器或温度保护器热探头。其可用于家庭、办公室、宾馆、饭店、商厦以及其它公共场所的取暖,其具有无污染、无噪音、电热转化效率高、寿命长,分户、分室供暖,室内温度因情况随意调控,可安装在墙体、屋顶上,并不占有室内有效空间。

温控电热板
本实用新型涉及一种温控电热板,属于复合层领域。
在我国西部地区大多采用通过水暖取暖,热量的提供采用燃煤的方式。由于气候的原因,西部地区供暖大约有半年左右。由此造成的空气污染极其严重,同时集中供暖也造成许多不便。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可分户、分室供暖,室温可因人随意调控的温控电热板。
本实用新型的目的由如下技术方案实施:其依次包括有热保护层、在所述热保护层前部为热反射层,在所述热反射层前部为绝缘云母板,在所述绝缘云母板前部为涂膜云母板,在所述绝缘云母板与所述涂膜云母板之间的所述涂膜云母板上涂有电加热膜,在所述电加热膜两端头为电极,导线与电极相连,在所述热反射层与所述热保护层之间安装有温度保护器或温度保护器热探头,所述温度保护器一端与导线相连,另一端与电极相连;所述温度保护器热探头与温度保护器相连,通过温度保护器控制电热板的温度。
所述电加热膜为均匀的条形结构。
本实用新型的优点是:其可用于家庭、办公室、宾馆、饭店、商厦以及其它公共场所的取暖,其具有无污染、无噪音、电热转化效率高、寿命长,分户、分室供暖,室内温度因情况随意调控,同时安装方便,可安装在墙体、屋顶上,并不占有室内有效空间。是现在居室首选的取暖设备。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型做进一步说明。

如图1所示,温控电热板依次包括有热保护层8、在热保护层8前部为热反射层7,在热反射层7前部为绝缘云母板6,在绝缘云母板6前部为涂膜云母板5,在绝缘云母板与涂膜云母板5之间的涂膜云母板5上均匀涂有条形电加热膜4,在电加热膜4两端头为电极3,导线2与电极3相连,在热反射层7与热保护层8之间安装有温度保护器1或温度保护器热探头,温度保护器热探头与温度保护器1相连,通过温度保护器1控制电热板的温度;温度保护器1一端与导线2相连,另一端与电极3相连。其中电加热膜间为均匀的条形结构。在电热板上安装有温度保护器或温度保护器热探头,可控制温度,如电热板的温度达到设定好的温度,就自动断电,如电热板温度降低,电源就自动接通,加热电热板。这样的温控电热板安全可靠。当室内空间小,可安装一块温控电热板,这时可采用温度保护器直接安装在电热板上的方式。当室内空间大时,要安装数块电热板,这时采用将温度保护器热探头安装在电热板上,用一个温控器统一控制数块电热板。

1、一种温控电热板,其特征在于其依次包括有热保护层、在所述热保护层前部为热反射层,在所述热反射层前部为绝缘云母板,在所述绝缘云母板前部为涂膜云母板,在所述涂膜云母板上涂有电加热膜,在所述电加热膜两端头为电极,导线与电极相连,在所述热反射层与所述热保护层之间安装有温度保护器或温度保护器热探头,所述温度保护器一端与导线相连,另一端与电极相连;所述温度保护器热探头一端与温度保护器相连,另一端与电极相连。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种温控电热板,其特征在于所述电加热膜为均匀的条形结构。
