目前,许多安全防护网,如应用非常广泛的建筑施工用密目式安全立网,其网边绳一般采用聚乙烯单丝加工的捻绳,该绳优点是防潮,防霉蛀,耐腐蚀,强度较好。存在的缺点是阻燃性能差,有一定的自然收缩性,且价格较高。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种阻燃性能较好,无收缩,耐腐蚀,防霉蛀,强度更高,而生产成本较低的安全防护网的网边绳。
实现上述目的的技术方案是:设计一种由芯绳及包芯套构成的包芯绳,其芯绳是集束的玻璃纤维,包芯套是合成纤维编织套。

芯绳1是集束的长玻璃纤维构成。本实施例的包芯套2则采用聚乙烯单丝编织的网套。芯绳1和包芯套2是在专用织机上同时织成一体的。
本实用新型不仅防霉蛀,耐腐蚀,而且耐晒,不收缩,具有较好的阻燃性,强度更高,而价格仅为聚乙烯单丝捻绳的三分之一。
