Abstract
一种真空料斗,属于塑料加工技术领域,为分离塑胶原料和粉尘而设计。它有一个广口的竖立的容器13,该容器的广口部安装有滤网29,滤网29之上有容器盖16,盖16上有通孔(经管道11)连通负压源;容器13的下部为料的出口;其特征是:料的入口40位于容器的下部,该入口呈管状在容器内曲拐向上,其管口41位于容器内腔之横断面的中心部。管口41部位内径有收缩成喷嘴状。管口41之上方并且临近管口41固装有一段其内径略大于上述“管口”部内径的竖直直管50。
Description
本实用新型属于塑料加工技术领域，尤其涉及到塑胶成型之周边设备。
普通真空料斗的作用是：通过吸料机的吸力，将塑胶原料吸入真空料斗，然后通过一定时间的落料，使塑胶原料落入干燥机的干燥桶内，使原料均匀地输入到干燥桶内。但是，如果塑胶原料中夹杂有粉尘，也会随之落入到干燥桶内。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种真空料斗，它能将塑胶原料中夹杂的粉尘分离出来，不使落到下一道工序。
该目的是这样实现的：
一种真空料斗，有一个广口的竖立的容器，该容器的广口部安装有滤网，滤网之上有容器盖，盖上有通孔连通负压源；容器的下部为料的出口，该出口部设置有活门；其特征是：料的入口位于容器的下部，该入口呈管状在容器内曲拐向上，其管口位于容器内腔之横断面的中心部。并且该管口部内径有收缩成喷嘴状。该管口之上方临近该管口固装有一段其内径略大于上述“管口”部内径的直管。
由以上结构特征，在负压源的吸力作用下，塑胶原料自料的入口进入容器内腔，向上运动直至撞击到滤网再下落到出口部的活门上；而粉尘则透过滤网与塑胶原料相分离，不会进入下一道工序。
下面结合附图介绍本实用新型的实施例。

如图1所示，现有真空料斗的“料的入口”12位于容器13的上部。盖16上有通孔(经管道11)连通负压源，容器13的下部为料的出口，该出口部设置有活门，活门与配重块14构成一杠杆机构的两端，该杠杆机构以轴141为支点。由电控箱15控制负压源(气泵)之电动机的工作。
如图2和图3所示，本实用新型一种真空料斗，有一个广口的竖立的容器13，该容器的广口部安装有滤网29，滤网29之上有容器盖16，盖16上有通孔(经管道11)连通负压源；容器13的下部为料的出口；其特征是：料的入口40位于容器的下部，该入口呈管状在容器内曲拐向上，其管口41位于容器内腔之横断面的中心部。
管口41部位内径有收缩成喷嘴状。
管口41之上方并且临近管口41固装有一段其内径略大于上述“管口”部内径的竖直直管50。
与现有技术相同的是：容器13的下部为料的出口，该出口部设置有活门，活门与配重块14构成一杠杆机构的两端，该杠杆机构以轴141为支点。调整配重块14的重量和位置，可以调节前述活门每一次释放的料的重量。

1.一种真空料斗，有一个广口的竖立的容器(13)，该容器的广口部安装有滤网(29)，滤网(29)之上有容器盖(16)，盖(16)上有通孔连通负压源；容器(13)的下部为料的出口；其特征是：料的入口(40)位于容器的下部，该入口呈管状在容器内曲拐向上，其管口(41)位于容器内腔之横断面的中心部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种真空料斗，其特征在于：管口(41)部位内径有收缩成喷嘴状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种真空料斗，其特征在于：管口(41)之上方并且临近管口(41)固装有一段其内径略大于上述“管口”部内径的竖直直管(50)。
