本实用新型公开了一种温室设备装置,技术方案包括外层薄膜1、内层薄膜2、遮阴网3、后墙8、两侧山墙、钢梁,其特征在于,在温室内设有加热炉5,后墙8内嵌有泡沫层4,靠近后墙8一侧的钢梁上铺有泡沫层6和木板层7;在后墙8上部与温室顶部之间设有斜拉杆9,斜拉杆9靠后墙8的一端稍低,斜拉杆9的内侧固定有塑料薄膜;具有保温性能好、抗寒、节能、造价低等优点,特别适合花卉的栽培。

塑料薄膜温室
本实用新型涉及一种温室设备装置。
随着工厂化农业的发展,温室的使用日益普及,其需求量也日益增加。然而,从引进到国产的温室,大多因造价高而难以推广。中国专利ZL00200393.7公开的双层塑料薄膜温室具有结构简单,造价低,保温性好等优点,其双层塑料薄膜中间的空气层能防止外界空气与温室内的空气直接交换,形成保温层,加上遮阴网的设置,在同等条件下,日间温室温度比单层膜的高10摄氏度,夜间高5摄氏度。然而,在北方寒冷的冬季,该温室还是满足不了某些作物的生长温度要求。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种保温效果更好,造价低的温室。
为了达到本实用新型的目的所采取的技术方案包括外层薄膜1、内层薄膜2、遮阴网3、后墙8、两侧山墙、钢梁,其特征在于,在温室内设有加热炉5,加热炉5的烟道12沿与后墙8相对的一侧贯穿整个温室,炉门10设在温室外;后墙8内嵌有泡沫层4,靠近后墙8一侧的钢梁上铺有泡沫层6和木板层7;在后墙8上部与温室顶部之间设有一排斜拉杆9,斜拉杆9靠后墙8的一端稍低,斜拉杆9的内侧固定有塑料薄膜;
上述的技术方案中,加热炉5的炉膛为大肚炉膛11;加热炉5也可由其它加热装置代替;
后墙8内所嵌的泡沫层4为两层,两层泡沫之间留有空隙,其保温效果更好。
本实用新型的优点是:1)通过对加热炉温度的控制可实现对室温的控制;2)泡沫层和木板层的采用既提高了保温性能,又延长了使用寿命,且制造容易;3)斜拉杆及薄膜的设置,可使结露水顺坡流下,而不直接滴在作物上,所以有利于提高产品质量,特别适于花卉的栽培。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
如图1所示,1为外层薄膜,2为内层薄膜,3为遮阴网,4为嵌在后墙8内的泡沫层,5为加热炉,6和7分别为铺在钢梁上的泡沫层和木板层,9为固定在后墙8上部与温室顶部之间的一排斜拉杆,斜拉杆上铺有塑料薄膜,塑料薄膜用燕尾槽及弹簧卡固定在斜拉杆上,结露可顺该塑料薄膜流向后墙处,而不直接滴到作物的叶面上,它不仅可提高产品的质量,而且可提高保温效果。泡沫层6和4的采用,大大提高了温室的保温性能。
如图2所示,10为炉门,它设在温室外,可避免在室内燃烧引起的污染;11为大肚炉膛,这种炉膛有利于燃料的充分燃烧,从而节约能源;12为烟道,它沿与后墙8相对的一侧贯穿整个温室,这种设置不占用有效种植面积。
加热炉也可用热水散热器等加热装置代替。

1.一种塑料薄膜温室包括外层薄膜(1)、内层薄膜(2)、遮阴网(3)、后墙(8)、两侧山墙、钢梁,其特征在于,在温室内设有加热炉(5),加热炉(5)的烟道(12)沿与后墙(8)相对的一侧贯穿整个温室,炉门(10)设在温室外;后墙(8)内嵌有泡沫层(4),靠近后墙(8)一侧的钢梁上铺有泡沫层(6)和木板层(7);在后墙(8)上部与温室顶部之间设有一排斜拉杆(9),斜拉杆(9)靠后墙(8)的一端稍低,斜拉杆(9)的内侧固定有塑料薄膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料薄膜温室,其特征在于,加热炉(5)的炉膛为大肚炉膛(11)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑料薄膜温室,其特征在于,加热炉(5)可由其它加热装置代替。
4.根据权利要求1所述的塑料薄膜温室,其特征在于,后墙(8)内所嵌的泡沫层(4)为两层,两层泡沫之间留有空隙。
