铝箔柱面型银幕
本实用新型涉及一种铝箔柱面型银幕，属影视投影银幕技术领域。
背景技术中有一种铝箔球面型银幕。该银幕属以高分子聚合物为幕体的硬幕，幕面是铝箔，铝箔以亚光面向外的方式依附于幕体的表面，幕体与幕面结合面的形状是球面。背景技术的优点是增益(亮度系数)为7，亮度大。背景技术的缺点是观看角不够大，仅为±30°。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种增益为5～6和观看角＞±40°的铝箔柱面型银幕。
图1是本实用新型的正面视图，其中A-A’是任意一条过水平边线的截面线。图2是本实用新型在图1的A-A’处的纵截面图，其中1是幕体，2是幕面。
现结合附图说明本实用新型的构造和工作原理。上述目的是通过采用下列构造实现的：一种铝箔柱面型银幕，由幕体1和幕面2组成，幕体1和幕面2分别是高分子聚合物和铝箔，幕面2，即铝箔以亚光面向外的方式依附在幕体1的表面，该银幕的正视图为矩形，其特征在于，幕体1与幕面2结合面的形状是半径介于4～7m的圆柱的柱面。
如上所述的一种铝箔柱面银幕，其特征在于，幕面2的厚度介于0.03～0.06mm，幕体1的柱面的对角线长度介于1.27～3.81m。
如上所述的一种铝箔柱面银幕，其特征在于，幕面2的厚度为0.04mm，幕体1的柱面的半径和对角线长度分别为5.5m和2.54m，该银幕的正视图的宽度和高度分别为2.03m和1.52m。
本实用新型以铝箔的亚光面作为幕面2的反射面，这种铝箔光损耗低，确保本实用新型能满足高亮度的要求。本实用新型的幕体1与幕面2结合面的形状为圆柱面，这种形状使本实用新型减少了对水平方向上的光线的集聚作用，增益虽略有下降，降至5～6(仍属高增益高亮度的范围)，但观看角却能增大至±40°以上。
本实用新型一般总镶有含悬挂和支承装置的边框。使用时，既可把本实用新型悬挂在墙上，也可把本实用新型放在落地支架上。
与背景技术相比，本实用新型有能同时实现高增益(5～6)高亮度和观察角大(＞±40°)的优点。
本实用新型特别适于在影视放映厅、教室、礼堂、展览馆等场所作为播放电影、电视、录象的投影银幕，是一项能产生巨大经济效益和发展前景光明的新产品。

1.一种铝箔柱面型银幕，由幕体1和幕面2组成，幕体1和幕面2分别是高分子聚合物和铝箔，幕面2，即铝箔以亚光面向外的方式依附在幕体1的表面，该银幕的正视图为矩形，其特征在于，幕体1与幕面2结合面的形状是半径介于4～7m的圆柱的柱面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝箔柱面型银幕，其特征在于，幕面2的厚度介于0.03～0.06mm，幕体1的柱面的对角线长度介于1.27～3.81m。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的铝箔柱面型银幕，其特征在于，幕面2的厚度为0.04mm，幕体1的柱面的半径和对角线长度分别为5.5m和2.54m，该银幕的正视图的宽度和高度分别为2.03m和1.52m。
