现有的空调保温风管是由镀锌铁皮和保温材料制成,由于管材的结构不合理,隔热效果差,热损耗量大,重量较重,施工工序复杂,施工成本高,环境污染严重。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种隔热性能好、热损耗低、施工工序简单的保温风管管材。
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种保温风管管材,是由外层、中间层和内层组成,其中,外层和内层由防氧化涂料层和铝箔构成的复合层组成,中间层由发泡保温材料构成,所述铝箔与发泡保温材料粘接连接,所述防氧化涂料层涂覆于铝箔上。
所述中间层的发泡保温材料可为闭孔式发泡保温材料。
本实用新型的保温风管管材由于设置为多层结构,在发泡保温材料上粘接有铝箔,并在铝箔上涂覆防氧化涂料,隔热性能好,导热性能低,保温效果好,由于设置了铝箔,防水性得以提高,不宜吸水,同时也强化了封闭效果,气密性好,在1000Pa风压下的漏风量不大于0.8L/S.M2,由于管材表面的防氧化涂料,可耐油、酸、碱及其它化学药物,不蛀虫,在任何湿度下不会发霉,并且管道可用水直接冲洗清洁,由于取消了镀锌铁皮,减轻了风管重量,管材轻便、稳固,易于搬运、安装和加工处理,同时还提高了防震性能,降低了噪音,对施工人员的身体无任何伤害,无任何环境污染。
