Abstract

一种能够使低频探头高质量地完成人体表浅器官疾病超声诊断的超声线阵探头适配器,其主体为一长度可调的梯形框,能与不同长度的探头配接,梯形框的内下部置放含耦合液的耦合囊,梯形框的内上部容纳探头的扫查面,固定带将梯形框、耦合囊与探头连成一体。超声检查时,其与探头一体化移动,扫查方便,切面准确,耦合囊的图象显示在成像差的近场,表浅器官的图象清晰地显示在中远场,实现低频探头方便准确地完成表浅器官疾病超声诊断的目的。

Description

超声线阵探头适配器
本实用新型涉及一种医学超声诊断仪探头适配器,尤其是能使低频探头高质量地完成人体表浅器官疾病超声诊断的适配器。
目前,公认超声检查对人体表浅器官(如眼、甲状腺、乳腺、唾液腺、软组织、血管和淋巴结等)的疾病有较高的诊断价值,但超声检查表浅器官要求超声诊断仪配备高频探头(高频探头频率5MHz~20MHz、价值5.5万~10万/个),而基层医院拥有的普及型B超仪(25万元以下/台)均不配有高频探头,仅有标准配置的低频探头(3MHz~3.5MHz)。然而,使用低频探头直接检查浅表器官存在以下问题:①.其将表浅器官的图象显示在近场,分辨率低,清晰度差,难以显示表浅器官的正常结构和病理变化,不能满足诊断要求;②.低频探头的匹配层薄而硬,不能与凹凸不平的体表密切接触,影响超声波向人体内的传播及成像。国外超声仪厂商生产过一种特制耦合块(高分子聚合物)及水囊附件(如TOSHIBA生产的WBK~08/05型水囊),但因其价格贵且不能与多种型号的线阵探头匹配而无法推广。国内则将医用乳胶手套内充盈水,检查时右手持探头,左手持水囊,将其放在探头与体表之间间接探测,扫查不便,切面不准,效果差。上述不足限制了基层医院广泛拥有的普及型超仪在表浅器官的应用。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种超声线阵探头适配器,它与常规低频探头配接后能高质量地完成表浅器官疾病的超声检查和诊断,扩大基层医院现有B超仪的应用范围,节省购置高频探头的费用,提高医院的效益。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:《超声线阵探头适配器》由梯形框、耦合囊和固定带三部分构成:①.梯形框:其长度可调,以适应不同长度的探头。上宽下窄,以便于容纳耦合囊并能在较小的体区扫查。上底长110~140mm,宽28mm。下底长90~120mm,宽18mm。高40mm。长度调节功能是通过以下方式实现:梯形框由甲、乙两个“U”形有机玻璃框组成。“U”甲框的两端各有一个螺杆,“U”乙框的两端各有一条3mm×35mm的螺杆裂。“U”甲框的螺杆在“U”乙框的螺杆裂内移动,可获得长110~140mm的梯形框。调至与所用探头长度一致后,用螺母将“U”甲框与“U”乙框固定;②.耦合囊:充盈耦合液的乳胶囊;③.固定带:两条合成纤维布带,游离端有尼龙挂扣。超声扫查时,将探头扫查面置人梯形框的上半部,耦合囊横置于梯形框下半部,耦合囊横径的2/5突出于框下口外方作为与人体表面的接触面。探头匹配层面经少量耦合剂与耦合囊密切接触。固定带将梯形框、耦合囊与探头固定连成一体。其扫查方便,切面准确;耦合囊柔软可变形,与凹凸不平的人体表面接触良好;超声波先经耦合囊再进入表浅器官内,使耦合囊的声像图显示在近场,而表浅器官的声像图显示在耦合囊声像图的下方即中远场,达到提高表浅器官声像图质量的目的。
由于采用上述方案,可使低频探头高质量地显示表浅器官的声像图,满足诊断要求。本实用新型与固体耦合块相比,具有制作工艺简单,材料广泛,价格低廉,和凹凸不平的体表接触好等优点;与充水的乳胶手套相比,本实用新型与探头一体化,操作方便,扫查切面定位准确;与水囊附件相比,其结构简单,能与多种长度的探头匹配,且在梯形框制约下耦合囊的突出部分形成一窄条形接触面,切面定位准确;另外,耦合囊内用耦合液取代水,对耦合囊后方图象干扰轻,提高表浅器官声像图清晰度。
下面结合附图和实例对本实用新塑进一步说明。

备厚1.5mm~2.0mm的有机玻璃若干,改性丙稀酸胶黏剂HL302(抚顺合乐化学有限公司)数支。在图1中“U”甲框(1)由两个大等腰梯形(图5)和一个小等腰梯形(图6)由粘胶剂黏结而成。螺杆(6)固定在“U”甲框大等腰梯形(图5)的游离端距边缘8mm处。“U”乙框(2)由一个等腰梯形(图8)与两个直角梯形(图7)在非直角边由粘胶剂黏结而成,两个直角梯形上的螺杆裂(5)位于其高的中部。耦合囊(3)为壁厚0.1mm的乳胶囊,长110mm~135mm,直径30mm,耦合囊内充盈耦合液,耦合液的声阻抗介入皮肤与探头匹配层的声阻抗之间,声衰少,导声率高,伪象轻,固定带(4)为10mm×100mm的合成纤维布带,一端固定在“U”甲框的固定带孔(8),游离端有尼龙挂扣。组装方法为将“U”甲框(1)置在“U”乙框(2)内,螺杆(6)位于螺杆裂(5)内,将梯形框长度调至与所用探头长度一致后,用螺母(7)将甲乙两框固定,耦合囊横置入梯形框的下半部,小部分突出框下口外(横径2/5),形成一宽10~12mm,长110~135mm的窄长条接触面。探头置入梯形框的上半部,经耦合剂与耦合囊密切接触。两条固定带在探头的背侧扣合,将探头与梯形框、耦合囊连成一体。

Claims (3)

1.一种超声线阵探头适配器,在梯形框的内下部置放耦合囊,内上部容纳探头,其特征为:“U”甲框和“U”乙框经螺杆、螺杆裂及螺母连接成一长度可调的梯形框,螺杆在螺杆裂内滑动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超声线阵探头适配器,其特征是:耦合囊内充盈耦合液,耦合囊横置于梯形框的内下部,耦合囊横径的2/5突出梯形框的下口外,形成一个窄条形接触面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超声线阵探头适配器,其特征是:固定带为合成纤维布带,一端连在梯形框固定孔,游离端有尼龙挂扣。
