Abstract

一种由传感电极,由两只场效应晶体管组成的桥式放大电路,指示仪表构成的袖珍式静电、辐射测试仪,能测量各种场合的摩擦静电及电视机、计算机等电子屏幕的电子高压辐射静电场。具有灵敏度高,操作简便,体积小,重量轻,耗电省等特点,既能包括其它同类型仪器的正负电压的测量,又可兼作绝缘电阻的测量,而且还独具其它类型仪器所不具备的测量空间电荷及静电辐射的功能。

Description

静电、辐射测试仪
本实用新型是一种用于静电、辐射测试的仪表。
用于静电测试的仪表有金属箔式、直接感应式和交变式几种。金属箔式只限于实验室作演示用,不便于移动和携带,直接感应式有电子管式和晶体管式之分,电子管式因重量大、耗电多,近期较少生产,晶体管式较轻便,耗电省,较为普及,但多为静电电压单项测量;交变式静电仪的优点是稳定性好,不足是耗电多,有噪音,也是静电压单项测量仪器。
为了克服电子管静电仪耗电多,重量大,晶体管式测量项目单一,交变式有噪音,耗电多等不足,高灵敏度,方便地测量静电和辐射,特完成本实用新型。
本发明提供的静电,辐射测试仪由传感电级,由两只场效应晶体管组成的桥式放大电路,指示仪表和用于调整仪表指针零点位置的分压电路组成。传感电极P接在场效应晶体管T1的栅极G,两只场效应晶体管T1、T2连成挢式电路,桥路中有一指示仪表M,在T1、T2的漏极(D)电阻R1、R3之间串接可变电阻VR1,VR1为T1和T2的平衡电阻,箝位电容C与场效管的源极(S)电阻R2、R4并连,分压电阻R7和VR2是串连组成分压电路,与C并连,通过VR2可调节T1G的箝制电位,R6是电路的限流电阻,R8、R5是T1、T2的栅极电阻,E为电源,K为开关。
静电电荷感应到传感电极P时,在T1的G、S之间产生一电位,在T1场效应作用下,将G感生电压加以放大,由T1D输出,T2为电路的平衡管与T1成桥路关系,当T1有电流输出后,使T1、T2之间失去平衡,仪表M即可显示出来。因静电电压有正、负之分,因此设置R7和VR2的分压电路,通过VR2来调节T1箝制电位,通过VR来控制,由C电容锁定T1G的电位。本发明系高输入阻抗,对微量电荷非常敏感,故设置特殊电极PK能检测到空气之中的游离电荷,即“空间电荷”,同时能以测试电视机、计算机屏幕以及放射性物质的辐射电荷。
本发明采用场效应晶体管电路结构,灵敏度高,耗电省,而且一机多能,既能包括其它同类型仪器的正负电压的测量,又可兼作绝缘电阻的测量,而且还独具其它类型仪器所不具备的测量空间电荷及静电辐射的功能。
图1为静电,辐射测试仪电原理图。图中P为仪器的传感电极,PK为空间电荷感应电极,T1、T2为场效应晶体管,R1是T1漏极D负载电阻,R2为源极S电阻,R3是T2的漏极负载电阻,R4是源极电阻,R5是T2栅极G的栅漏电阻,VR1为T1和T2的平衡电阻,R6是电路的限流电阻,R7和VR2是分压电阻,E是电池组,K为开关,R8是T1栅极电阻,C为箝位电容。
实施例:传感电极Pφ1cm,Pkφ2.5cm,接在场效应晶体管的栅极G,T1、T2选用3D07,连成桥式放大电路,桥路中有指示表M,漏极负载电阻R1、R3为4.7KΩ,源极电阻R2、R4为1KΩ,T1的栅极电阻、R8为510Ω,T2的栅极电阻1MΩ,电路限流电阻R6为4.7KΩ,T1和T2的平衡电路R7,VR1为4.7KΩ,箝位电容380PF,E为6伏电池组。

1.一种静电、辐射测试仪,它由传感电极,放大电路和指示仪表构成,其特征在于:传感电极P接在场效应晶体管T1的栅极G,两只场效应晶体管T1、T2连成桥式电路,桥路中有一指示仪表M,在T1、T2的漏极D电阻R1、R3之间串接可变电阻VR1,VR1为T1和T2的平衡电阻,箝位电容C与场效应晶体管的源极S电阻R2、R4并连,分压电阻R7和VR2串连组成分压电路,与C并连,R6是电路的限流电阻,R8、R5是T1,T2的栅极电阻,E为电源,K为开关。
