本实用新型涉及一种用于存储释放冷热的冷热蓄能袋。
目前,已有的便携式保温箱,一般是用半导体制冷或仅靠保温层进行保温,用半导体制冷需要连接电源,且成本较高,受使用条件限制,而没有制冷机构的保温箱,则保温时间短,也难以满足使用要求。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、使用方便、成本低廉、适用范围广的冷热蓄能袋。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取以下设计方案:这种用于存储释放冷热的冷热蓄能袋,设有一密封的腔体,在腔体内设置有高分子蓄能材料。所述的腔体可由塑料制成块状,在腔体的上部设有灌注密封口。所述的腔体亦可用塑料布或尼龙绸人造革制成长条状,在腔体外包覆有远红外织物。

参见图1、图2所示,一种用于存储释放冷热的冷热蓄能袋,设有一密封的腔体1,在腔体1内注入有高分子蓄能材料3,这种蓄能材料可以存储冷热。
所述的腔体1可由塑料制成块状或其他形状,在腔体1的上部设有灌注密封口2。
所述的腔体亦可用塑料布或尼龙绸人造革5制成长条状,在腔体外包覆有远红外织物4,在尼龙绸人造革5内密封有高分子蓄能材料6。
使用时,可分别或同时将块状、条状能量块置于便携式保温箱内;当用于冷藏时,提前将能量块放在冰箱内冷冻,则能量块内的蓄能材料自动吸冷,存储能量,放置于保温箱内后,则蓄能块释放能量吸热,使保温箱的温度保持低温,沿长保温时间,提高保温效果,对于夏天短途外出,旅游,可使冷冻物品、饮料等低温储存;当用于热保温时,提前将能量块放在微波炉内加热几分钟,则能量块内的蓄能材料自动吸热,存储热能,放置于保温箱内后,则蓄能块释放热能,使保温箱内的温度保持热温,延长保温箱内物品的保温时间,提高保温效果,同时条状结构的能量块,还可用于人体的热敷或冷敷,起到附助治疗和保健的作用。
本实用新型的优点是:结构简单、使用方便、成本低廉、适用范围广。
