本实用新型涉及一种风机部件,特别是一种防粘附风机叶轮。
众所周知,工业风机主要是输送各种气体介质。由于气体中含有一定量的粉尘,因而使用一段时间后的风机,其叶轮上往往会粘附着厚厚的粉尘,随着粉尘的日益堆积,叶轮转子的动平衡受到破坏,出现振动而无法使用,甚至于使整个设备受到损坏。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可以防止粉尘粘附的防粘附风机叶轮。
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种防粘附风机叶轮,其特征在于:所述叶轮的工作表面有不粘涂层。
上述不粘涂层是聚四氟乙烯涂层。
本实用新型结构简单,且聚四氟乙烯涂层与叶轮结合牢固,这种风机长时间使用,其叶轮表面也不再有粉尘粘附,从而延长了风机的使用寿命。
