本实用新型涉及一种烟盒，特别是公开一种金属烟盒。
常见的金属烟盒，它是由盒盖和盒座组成，其中一侧壁设有联接铰链，用一金属丝杆作为铰链销，插入盒盖、盒座的铰链孔内，这样金属烟盒盒盖可以反复多次打开或闭合。这种传统金属烟盒在铰链生产环节上，工艺步骤多，材料损耗也较多，金属丝铰链销易生锈，涂覆应用增加成本，并且开闭灵活性也受影响。
本实用新型的目的公开一种金属烟盒，这种烟盒改变传统金属烟盒的铰链缺陷，而且不用金属丝杆作铰链销，具有不生锈、省材料、工艺简单、易操作、烟盒开闭方便灵活的特点。
本实用新型是这样实现的，由盒盖(1)、盒座(2)组成的金属烟盒，其中一侧壁设有联接铰链，其特征在于联接铰链的铰链销(3)设在盒座的侧壁上，并与盒座的侧壁联为一体。铰链销截面呈月牙形，材质采用与金属烟盒同样的马口铁薄板。铰链销镶插在盒盖铰链孔(4)的两端部，盒盖侧壁铰链销的投影位置上为与铰链销等长的孔穴，铰链销长≤3mm。

实施例：烟盒盒座一侧壁冲压出铰链销(3)，铰链销(3)与盒座侧壁联为一体，金属盒盖和铰链销均采用马口铁薄板，为增大铰链销强度，根据材料学原理，将铰链销冲压成月牙形截面的铰链销，这样烟盒盖和烟盒座联接后，铰链销强度足以满足烟盒的使用要求。装配时，只要将原来盒盖半合的铰链孔咬合铰链销后，用冲头轻轻点合盒盖铰链孔，使半合的铰链孔呈封闭状，烟盒盖、盒座就生成灵活转动的铰链。盒座侧壁铰链销背后为铰链销平面形小孔，由于铰链销很短小，其长度设置为2.5mm，盒座侧壁上的孔穴不影响盒座的外观。
本实用新型具有工艺简单、节省材料、容易安装，使用方便灵活，并增加了烟盒整体结构的紧凑、美观。

1、一种由盒盖(1)、盒座(2)组成的金属烟盒，其中一侧壁设有联接铰链，其特征在于联接铰链的铰链销(3)设在盒座的侧壁上，并与盒座的侧壁联为一体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的金属烟盒，其特征在于所述的铰链销截面呈月牙形，材质采用与金属烟盒同样的马口铁薄板。
3、根据权利要求1所述的金属烟盒，其特征在于所述的铰链销镶插在盒盖铰链孔(4)的两端部。
4、根据权利要求1所述的金属烟盒，其特征在于盒盖侧壁铰链销的投影位置上为与铰链销等长的孔穴，铰链销长≤3mm。
