食管癌三切口手术腹单
本实用新型涉及一种食管癌三切口手术腹单，适用于食管癌手术时腹部及颈部的清扫及吻合时的铺盖。
现有的腹单由基布，基布上开有腹部口，但在颈部手术时，现有的腹单上没有开口处，需手术前在腹单的基布腹部口上用剪刀剪开一个切口，这样给手术带来极大不便，而且对腹单造成人为损坏，同时又增加了病人切口处的感染率。
本实用新型的目的是提出一种根据病人自身条件，手术时能随意拉动，并能重复使用，易消毒，耐高温的一种食管癌三切口手术腹单。
本实用新型的任务是这样完成的，它包括腹单基布，腹单基布上开有腹部开口，其特征在于：在腹单基布的腹部开口处上方横向开有一个颈部切口，颈部切口上装有不锈钢拉链。
本实用新型具有以下效果，它避免了普通腹单的一次性使用，在手术时可以根据病人自身条件随意拉动拉链，调节开口的长度，减少病人切口处的感染率。

结合以上附图详细描述实施例，三切口手术是指食管癌根治手术时的一种方式，此手术分二组进行，一组为腹腔探查，另一组为腹部及颈部的清扫、吻合。本实用新型是在原有的腹单基布1的腹部开口2处上方开有一个横向的颈部切口3，切口长约20公分，颈部切口3处缝制一个不锈钢拉链4，采用不锈钢拉链目的是耐高温，易消毒，不变形。
