Abstract

公路灰土基层压实度测定取样机,属路基压实度测定取样器具类。为实现路基压实度测定取样机械化,减轻劳动强度,提高工效而设计,其特征在于手持式微型动力头1的输出轴上装有旋进平底孔钻2,该钻由钻轴21,出土螺旋叶22,旋进刀23组成,旋进刀23制在钻轴柄部的另一端,出土螺旋叶22一端连接旋进刀并按一定螺距缠绕固接在钻轴21上。该机取出的土样与规范孔相符,保证了压实度的准确性,适用于公路基层压实度测定取样,也适用于建筑业地基夯实数据测定取样。

Description

公路灰土基层压实度测定取样机
本实用新型涉及公路建设路基质量测定所用器械领域,主要涉及路基压实度测定取样器具类。
目前在公路建设中,路基上都铺有一层灰土,压实后再进行下道工序,灰土压实后的质量确定都是在压实的灰土基层上用人工按规范要求在灰土基层面上划100mm或150mm的圆,然后用人力、铁锤、钢钎将圆周内掘成深200mm深的圆柱形孔,从孔中取出的灰土送测试室按体积重量测定灰土压实度。目前这种取样方法一个孔大约需半小时,不仅费时费力,而且下道工序不能尽快进行,使工人和设备坐以待劳拖长工期,更重要的是手工挖的孔不规范,易出现喇叭口及不规范的孔壁,从而给测定压实度带来不准确的数据,影响了工程质量。
本实用新型的目的在于实现机械化取样,提高工作效率,缩短工期,减轻工人劳动强度,使样孔规范标准,促使取出的样土量和规范孔相符,最后得到真实的灰土基层的压实度数据,便于判定基层质量。
实现本实用新型的技术方案:选用手持式微型动力头,在动力输出轴上装有旋进平底孔钻,旋进平底孔钻由钻轴、出土螺旋叶、旋进刀组成,钻轴的柄部制有连接手持式微型动力头的莫氏锥柄或螺纹盲孔,另一端头上制有旋进刀,出土螺旋叶一端连接旋进刀并按一定的螺距缠绕在钻轴上与钻轴固接在一起。
下面结合实施例及其附图详细述说本实用新型的结构细节及现场操作使用情况。
图1是公路灰土基层压实度测定取样机的结构示意图。
图2是图1中的旋进平底孔钻2的A向视图的放大图。
参照图1、图2,手持式微型动力头1的动力输出轴轴头有的是制有螺纹或端头向内制有莫氏锥孔;旋进平底孔钻2由钻轴21,出土螺旋叶22,旋进刀23组成,钻轴21的柄部制成与手持式微型动力头动力输出轴相配合装接的螺纹孔或莫氏锥柄,另一端头上制有旋进刀23,旋进刀23为三个,均布固接在钻轴端头圆周上,旋进刀23由刀座31和刀片32组成,刀座31上从外至钻轴21端头配装有一个带侧面刃的进深刀片和多个有进深刃的刀片32,三个刀座上配装的多个有进深刃的刀片间隔留有缺口,当旋进平底孔钻2旋转时,三个刀座上的刀片留的缺口轨迹不在同一圆环上,出土螺旋叶22的一端连接旋进刀23,并按一定的螺距缠绕在钻轴21上与钻轴固接在一起,出土螺旋叶22从旋进刀起沿钻轴向钻轴柄部方向带有一定的梢。旋进平底孔钻2用其柄部与手持式微型动力头动力输出轴端相吻合的结构配装在一起,组成公路灰土基层压实度测定取样机。
本实用新型在筑路现场应用时,将旋进平底孔钻2的钻柄与手持式微型动力头动力输出轴配装在一起,动力头连通电源,就可在公路灰土基层上按规范要求钻孔,从孔中取出的土送测试室去完成公路灰土基层的压实度测定。
本实用新型的有益效果是:1.由于旋进平底孔钻按规范孔要求制作,转动由动力头带动,在现场使用时不用手工画圆,不用人力挖掘,直接钻孔取土样,完成取样工作由原来的半小时缩短到2--3分钟,节省了大量的人力和缩短了取样时间,提高了工放,缩短了工期;2.由于该钻的旋进刀有侧面刃并与钻轴垂直,使制成孔为平底,圆柱面规整,制出了规范的样孔,使取出的土与规范孔相符,测得的压实度准确度高,保证了工程质量;3.由于采用该机取土样,不再靠工人用锤和钎挖掘,解放了一批劳力,减轻了工人劳动强度;4.由于出土螺旋叶22带有梢,三个旋进刀23上的刀片留有缺口,旋转时缺口轨迹不在同一圆环上,这样既保证了样孔平底,又减轻了进刀阻力。

Claims (3)

1.公路灰土基层压实度测定取样机,它包括动力头和钻,其特征在于手持式微型动力头(1)的动力输出轴上装有旋进平底孔钻(2),旋进平底孔钻(2)由钻轴(21)、出土螺旋叶(22)、旋进刀(23)组成,钻轴(21)的柄部制有连接手持式微型动力头(1)的莫氏锥柄或螺纹盲孔,另一端头上制有旋进刀(23),出土螺旋叶(22)一端连接旋进刀(23)并按一定的螺距缠绕在钻轴(21)上并与钻轴固接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的公路灰土基层压实度测定取样机,其特征在于所述的旋进刀(23)为三个,均布固接在钻轴(21)一端端头的圆周上,旋进刀(23)由刀座(31)和刀片(32)组成,刀座(31)上从外至钻轴(21)端头配装有一个带侧面刃的进深刀片和多个有进深刃的刀片(32),三个刀座上配装的多个有进深刃的刀片间隔留有缺口,当旋进平底孔钻(2)旋转时,三个刀座(31)上的刀片缺口轨迹不在同一圆环上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的公路灰土基层压实度测定取样机,其特征在于所述的旋进平底孔钻上的螺旋叶(22)从旋进刀起沿钻轴向钻轴柄方向带有梢。
