本实用新型公开了一种井管对接盘,它由圆圈形金属盘组成,其特征在于,在所述的圆圈形金属盘壁上设有轴向钢筋卡孔。由于本实用新型井管对接盘能使井管的钢筋骨架进行预应力处理,使井管的受力更加科学,故在下井管时能承受较大拉力,同时,受预应力处理后的钢筋用量减少,故降低了井管成本。

井管对接盘
本实用新型涉及一种井管对接装置。
目前,深水井管的构造大多数是这样的:由钢筋焊成筒形骨架,骨架的两个端头焊接有圆圈形金属对接盘,内、外敷有水泥石浆,井管间的对接是把井管口的对接金属盘(以下简称对接盘)对好口后,焊接而成。这样的井管对接盘存在如下缺陷:不能对钢筋骨架进行预应力处理,造成钢筋骨架整体应力不均,造成下井管时,由于多个井管焊接成一整体,管体难承受较大拉力,井管的成本也较高。
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种能对井管钢筋骨架进行预应力处理,降低井管成本的井管对接盘。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:井管对接盘由圆圈形金属盘组成,其特征在于,在所述的圆圈形金属盘壁上设有轴向钢筋卡孔。
由于本实用新型井管对接盘能使井管的钢筋骨架进行预应力处理,使井管的受力更加科学,故在下井管时能承受较大拉力,同时,受预应力处理后的钢筋用量减少,故降低了井管成本。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步详细描述,现有的井管对接盘仅为一圆圈形金属盘,在此基础上,在圆圈形金属对接盘的盘壁2的内侧面底部设有环形凸棱1,在环形凸棱上设有多个钢筋卡孔3,钢筋卡孔3为通孔,钢筋卡孔3的直径略大于钢筋骨架所用的钢筋的外径。同时,在对接盘的内侧面上部还焊接有数个固定栓4,此实施例为3个。其使用情况是这样的,将两个同样的井管对接盘对井管钢筋骨架接好,钢筋骨架端头的钢筋头穿出钢筋卡孔3外,对伸出钢筋卡孔3的钢筋头进行墩头处理后,将两个井管对接盘固定在摸具上,进行预应力处理。之后进行浇铸、出模。凸棱及所附钢筋卡孔3也可设在圆圈形对接盘的外侧面;还可焊接一排内径略大于钢筋外径的铁管来代替凸棱1及所附的钢筋卡孔3。还可加大金属对接盘壁的厚度,在对接盘壁上直接做出轴向钢筋卡孔。此钢筋卡孔为上下不等径通孔。
本实用新型申请的井管对接盘也可用作制作等径电杆的对接盘。

1、井管对接盘,由圆圈形金属盘组成,其特征在于,在所述的圆圈形金属盘壁上设有轴向钢筋卡孔(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的井管对接盘,其特征在于,在井管对接盘的内侧面上部还牢固连接有数个固定栓(4)。
