冷却塔轴流风机大倾角叶片
本实用新型涉及一种冷却塔轴流风机叶片尤其是冷却塔轴流风机大倾角叶片。
利用水循环来制冷的中央空调所采用冷却塔所使用的轴流风机叶片,其形状呈长方条、小倾角结构,存在着造风功能低,运转噪声高、能源消耗大等缺点。极大地制约着冷却塔技术的进步和发展。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单,制作容易,而其能有效提高造风功能的冷却塔轴流风机大倾角叶片。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,由叶片、叶片连接座、螺栓组成,其叶片结构呈扭曲面形,以叶片的右下端角G引出一条线与连接有叶片连接座的叶片对称中心线成α角=15°~55°的基线而扭曲。由于采用大倾角叶片结构、从空气动力学分析,有助于产生较大风量,其噪声也较低。
由于采用上述技术方案,本实用新型具有结构简单紧凑、制作容易、而且风量大,噪声低,且叶片形状美观流畅等特点。
