本实用新型属于家用电器,特别涉及录音机、录像机或摄像机的机芯油轴接地装置。本实用新型包括主机板、主基板和磁头,其特征在于:一主机板50上有一磁头板定位点3—1,磁头板定位点3—1穿过主基板3与弹簧60相接,弹簧60与磁头板2连接;磁头1与螺钉4连接,螺钉4与磁头板2相接。本实用新型的机芯油轴由于采用了简单的接地装置,所以,不仅接地效果好,而且节省了接地弹簧,降低了成本,提高了效率且声音失真度小。

Description

机芯油轴接地装置
本实用新型属于家用电器,特别涉及录音机、录像机或摄像机的机芯油轴接地装置。
现有录音机、录像机或摄像机等机器的机芯,由于主基板上的磁头板定位点3-1部分的材质为塑胶材料,所以无法通过弹簧或类似件60将磁头板2与主机板50相接通,机芯油轴要想接地,大多数装置的设计是将磁头1与焊片40和螺钉4连接,螺钉4与磁头板2相接,然后再通过接地弹簧70将主机板50与磁头板2相接,最终完成磁头接地,参见附图4。但此种机芯油轴接地装置的设计,需要较多的零件,而且生产成本也较高,影响生产效率。另外,只有多加装中间元件,如接地弹簧,才能达到机芯油轴接地的目的,而中间环节多,必然要影响机芯接地效果,从而导致声音的失真度。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有录音机、录像机或摄像机等机器的机芯油轴接地装置需要较多的零件,生产成本高,效率低的缺陷,提供一种无需较多零部件,生产成本低,效率高且声音失真度小的机芯油轴接地装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
机芯油轴接地装置包括主机板、主基板和磁头,其特征在于:
一主机板50上有一磁头板定位点3-1,磁头板定位点3-1穿过主基板3与弹簧60相接,弹簧60与磁头板2连接;
磁头1与螺钉4连接,螺钉4与磁头板2相接。
为了能使机芯油轴接地,磁头板定位点3-1为主机板一部分,并且所用材料为金属材料,以达到机芯油轴接地目的,参见附图3。
本实用新型的机芯油轴由于采用了简单的接地装置,所以,不仅接地效果好,而且节省了接地弹簧,降低了成本,提高了效率且声音失真度小。

实施例.
请参见附图1、2和3。在一录音机的主机板50上设有一金属磁头板定位点3-1,磁头板定位点3-1穿过主基板3上相对应的孔与弹簧60相接,弹簧60与磁头板2连接;磁头1与螺钉4连接,螺钉9再与磁头板2相接。本实用新型不仅接地效果好,而且节省了接地弹簧,降低了成本,提高了效率且声音失真度小。

1.一种机芯油轴接地装置,包括主机板、主基板和磁头,其特征在于:
一主机板50上有一磁头板定位点3-1,磁头板定位点3-1穿过主基板3与弹簧60相接,弹簧60与磁头板2连接;
磁头1与螺钉4连接,螺钉4与磁头板2相接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机芯油轴接地装置,其特征在于:所述的磁头板定位点3-1为金属材料。
