本实用新型属于家用电器，特别涉及录音机、录像机或摄像机的机芯油轴接地装置。本实用新型包括主机板、主基板和磁头，其特征在于：一主机板50上有一磁头板定位点3—1，磁头板定位点3—1穿过主基板3与弹簧60相接，弹簧60与磁头板2连接；磁头1与螺钉4连接，螺钉4与磁头板2相接。本实用新型的机芯油轴由于采用了简单的接地装置，所以，不仅接地效果好，而且节省了接地弹簧，降低了成本，提高了效率且声音失真度小。

Description

机芯油轴接地装置
本实用新型属于家用电器，特别涉及录音机、录像机或摄像机的机芯油轴接地装置。
现有录音机、录像机或摄像机等机器的机芯，由于主基板上的磁头板定位点3-1部分的材质为塑胶材料，所以无法通过弹簧或类似件60将磁头板2与主机板50相接通，机芯油轴要想接地，大多数装置的设计是将磁头1与焊片40和螺钉4连接，螺钉4与磁头板2相接，然后再通过接地弹簧70将主机板50与磁头板2相接，最终完成磁头接地，参见附图4。但此种机芯油轴接地装置的设计，需要较多的零件，而且生产成本也较高，影响生产效率。另外，只有多加装中间元件，如接地弹簧，才能达到机芯油轴接地的目的，而中间环节多，必然要影响机芯接地效果，从而导致声音的失真度。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有录音机、录像机或摄像机等机器的机芯油轴接地装置需要较多的零件，生产成本高，效率低的缺陷，提供一种无需较多零部件，生产成本低，效率高且声音失真度小的机芯油轴接地装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：
机芯油轴接地装置包括主机板、主基板和磁头，其特征在于：
一主机板50上有一磁头板定位点3-1，磁头板定位点3-1穿过主基板3与弹簧60相接，弹簧60与磁头板2连接；
磁头1与螺钉4连接，螺钉4与磁头板2相接。
为了能使机芯油轴接地，磁头板定位点3-1为主机板一部分，并且所用材料为金属材料，以达到机芯油轴接地目的，参见附图3。
本实用新型的机芯油轴由于采用了简单的接地装置，所以，不仅接地效果好，而且节省了接地弹簧，降低了成本，提高了效率且声音失真度小。

实施例．
请参见附图1、2和3。在一录音机的主机板50上设有一金属磁头板定位点3-1，磁头板定位点3-1穿过主基板3上相对应的孔与弹簧60相接，弹簧60与磁头板2连接；磁头1与螺钉4连接，螺钉9再与磁头板2相接。本实用新型不仅接地效果好，而且节省了接地弹簧，降低了成本，提高了效率且声音失真度小。

1．一种机芯油轴接地装置，包括主机板、主基板和磁头，其特征在于：
一主机板50上有一磁头板定位点3-1，磁头板定位点3-1穿过主基板3与弹簧60相接，弹簧60与磁头板2连接；
磁头1与螺钉4连接，螺钉4与磁头板2相接。
2．根据权利要求1所述的机芯油轴接地装置，其特征在于：所述的磁头板定位点3-1为金属材料。
