Abstract

本实用新型涉及家用洗衣机,是对洗衣机排水装置的一种改进。该洗衣机节水装置在洗衣机的排水口处设有两根排水管,通过阀门控制排水管的通断,其中一根排水管直接通向下水道,另一根排水管接泵后上排至外部储水箱。该方案可以将洗衣机第2～3次排出的漂洗水利用起来,既不影响洗衣机的洗涤功能,又可节水1/3～2/3,而且结构简单,使用方便。

洗衣机节水装置
本实用新型涉及家用洗衣机，是对洗衣机排水装置的一种改进。
目前市场上销售的洗衣机不管是上排水还是下排水都只有一个排水口，排出的水直接进入下水道不能再利用，浪费甚大，其实第2～3次排出的水完全可以用来冲厕所、拖地板以及洒扫庭院等等。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种洗衣机节水装置，可以将洗衣机第2～3次排出的水利用起来，达到节水的目的。
本实用新型技术方案如下：一种洗衣机节水装置，其特征是在洗衣机内部排水口处设有两根排水管，通过阀门控制排水管的通断，其中一根排水管直接通向下水道，另一根排水管接泵后上排至洗衣机外部储水箱。
采用上述技术方案后，既不影响一般洗衣机的洗涤功能，又可节水1/3～2/3。而且本实用新型结构简单，不需增加多大成本；通过程序控制选择排水或储水，使用时与一般洗衣机同样方便。
下面结合附图和实施例来作进一步详细说明。

在图1所示实施例中，洗衣机节水装置在洗衣机(1)内部排水口(2)处设有两根排水管，通过阀门(3)控制排水管的通断，其中一根排水管(5)直接通向下水道，另一根排水管(6)接泵(4)后上排至洗衣机外部储水箱(7)。排水管(5)采用直排，用于排不能再用的洗涤水；排水管(6)采用上排方式，用于排可以再用的漂洗水。也可考虑将两根排水管同时并列连接在洗衣机内部排水口处，然后通过阀门控制其通断。洗衣机洗涤、漂洗以后排出的水用微电脑控制往哪根排水管排出，可根据需要选择利用第3次或第2～3次排出的水，当然也可全选或全排。在本发明技术构思的基础上，还可以派生出多根排水管分别收集不同次排出液的方案。储水箱(7)可固定在洗衣机附近较高位置处；储水箱中的水可作他用，也可加入洗衣机中，例如用最后一道漂洗水作下一次洗涤用。
本实用新型洗衣机节水装置也可单独制造，安装在洗衣机外部，连接在洗衣机的排水口(2)处。该法适用于已购买一般洗衣机的消费者。本实用新型还可有一些变型，例如泵(4)的位置可在一根排水管上；也可在阀门(3)之前，紧接着洗衣机排水口(2)处，如图2所示。上述变化同属于本发明技术构思，其目的和效果都是一样的，因而仍属于本专利权利要求保护范围之内。

Claims (3)

1．一种洗衣机节水装置，其特征是在洗衣机(1)内部排水口(2)处设有两根排水管，通过阀门(3)控制排水管的通断，其中一根排水管(5)直接通向下水道，另一根排水管(6)接泵(4)后上排至洗衣机外部储水箱(7)。
2．根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机节水装置，其特征在于该节水装置可单独制造，安装在洗衣机外部，连接在洗衣机的排水口(2)处。
3．根据权利要求1或2所述的洗衣机节水装置，其特征在于泵(4)安装在阀门(3)之前。
