Abstract

本实用新型公开了电热锅炉的电加热器防腐蚀结构。为了从结构上防止对储热槽中的水进行直接加热的加热管与水发生反应后被腐蚀,在电加热器中将电位低于加热管铁的镁棒插入上述的加热管中间,用双棒固定环组装固定,在凸出于上述储热槽外部的上述加热管的端部上,装入加热垫片,用加热器法兰盘固定连接。故可防止加热管腐蚀,避免储热槽内加热管与水发生反应而被腐蚀,达到延长电锅炉使用寿命的目的。

Description

电热锅炉的电加热器防腐蚀结构
本实用新型涉及电热锅炉的电加热器领域,具体而言是一种电热锅炉的电加热器防腐蚀结构,它可从结构上防止对储热槽中的水直接进行加热的加热管与水发生反应。
一般的电热锅炉是指用电气发热来代替燃料燃烧的锅炉,按照其结构特点可分为电极型和电阻型,其中电极型直接以锅炉内的水作为电阻,利用在两个电极间通电时产生的焦耳热,而电阻型则在锅炉水中直接或间接放入金属电阻丝,利用电阻丝产生热量。通常使用的是电极型电热锅炉。
这种电热锅炉结构简单且卫生,减少了因过热等带来事故的危险,而且效率高,在医院等环境卫生要求严格的场所,一般使用小容量的电锅炉。然而,在电加热器的制造工程、缩管工程及移动过程中,往往会产生加热管表面被损伤的问题。
即,因加热管的表面损伤,造成在储热槽内运转着的加热管易与水中的氧发生化学反应,造成腐蚀。而且如果储热槽的材质和加热管的材质不同,则易发生电流腐蚀,会缩短电热锅炉的使用寿命。
本实用新型的目的在于:从结构上防止电热锅炉用电加热器直接加热储热槽的水时易发生电流腐蚀的情况,为此将电位低于铁的金属装入加热管内,在加热管与水发生反应之前,该电位低于铁的金属先发生化学反应,即提供一种可从结构上实现对加热管进行防腐蚀的电热锅炉的电加热器防腐蚀结构。
本实用新型是这样实现的。在电加热器中,设置电位低于铁的镁棒金属,在加热管与水发生化学反应之前,镁棒金属先发生化学反应,从而在结构上抑制加热管发生电腐蚀,延长电热锅炉的使用寿命,并依此原理提出本电热锅炉的电加热器防腐蚀结构。一种电热锅炉的电加热防腐蚀结构,其中将电发热的加热管置于储热槽内部,直接加热储热槽里的水,其特征是:将电位低于铁的镁棒插入上述加热管之间,用双棒固定环连接固定,同时,在凸出于上述储热槽外面的上述加热管端部用以密封手段夹有加热管垫片的加热器法兰来连接固定。
本实用新型的有益效果是,因本实用新型采用电热锅炉的电加热器防腐蚀结构,直接加热储热槽内水的加热管铁与水发生反应、产生腐蚀之前,使比铁的+电位高的金属镁棒先与水发生化学反应,因此从结构上防止储热槽内的加热管在工作中与水发生氧化反应,避免其被腐蚀,从而达到延长电热锅炉使用寿命的目的。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。
图1为根据本实用新型在电加热器中间设置镁棒来防止电加热器腐蚀的结构图。

如图1所示,在储热槽10内部的加热管12之内,设置有低于铁电位的镁棒20,图2所示的是本实用新型电加热器防腐蚀结构,采用在水(H2O)与加热管12的铁(Fe)发生化学反应之前,先使镁棒20的镁离子(Mg2+)发生化学反应的牺牲阳极防蚀方法。
如图1所示,与储热槽10中的水直接接触并通电发热的若干加热管12由铁(Fe)铬(Cr)合金耐蚀钢-不锈钢(Stainless steel)组成,将它插入储热槽10下半部分的内部,并将电位低于加热管12的铁(Fe)的镁棒20设置插入上述加热管12的中间,用一个棒固定环22贴紧组装,使其不向加热器法兰24的方向移动,以便将镁棒20固定住。
在加热管12之间,可设置一个上述的镁棒20,也可设置多个用芯线固定连接的镁棒(附图图示省略)。
在凸出至上述储热槽10的外侧的上述加热管12的端部,用以密封手段夹有加热管垫片(26)的加热器法兰(24)来连接,并用螺帽28来固定,这样,便可将上述加热器法兰24的内侧部位插入上述储热槽10中,形成整体不晃动的封闭连接结构。
本实用新型利用了牺牲阳极防蚀原理,抑制储热槽10的加热管12与水发生化学反应所产生的电流腐蚀。如图2所示,上述加热管12在与储热槽10的水发生反应之前,所设置的可更换的镁棒20形成能与水发生反应的阳极,在加热管12与水发生化学反应之前,镁棒20其自身先发生腐蚀消耗,以此来抑制加热管12铁的腐蚀。
如上所述,加热管的铁(Fe)与储热槽10内的水(H2O)发生化学反应之前,用电位比铁低的镁棒20来有效抑制其反应发生,即从结构上消除加热管12成为e-来源的可能性,从而抑制铁的腐蚀。这是由于镁与铁的电化学的电位差(potential)各为:Mg=+2.44V,Fe=+0.44V,通过使镁(Mg)和铁(Fe)适当地接触,便可产生提供e-的电位差。
提供e-的源泉来自于加热管12的铁(Fe)和镁棒20的镁(Mg),此时,因Mg的电位低于Fe,所以Fe不释放2e-,只从Mg中释放e-,所以能够防止加热管12的腐蚀,这时,铁保持为静电Fe,避免加热管12与水(H2O)发生化学反应生成最终产物静电锈蚀(Fe2O3)。因此只要镁棒20的Mg存在,就不会引起加热管12腐蚀。

1、一种电热锅炉的电加热器防腐蚀结构,其中将电发热的加热管(12)置于储热槽(10)内部,直接加热储热槽(10)里的水,其特征是:将比铁电位低的镁棒(20)插入上述加热管(12)之间,用双棒固定环(22)连接固定,同时,在凸出于上述储热槽(10)外面的上述加热管(12)端部用以密封手段夹有加热管垫片(26)的加热器法兰(24)来连接固定。
