Abstract

一种建筑用太阳能光电板,包括太阳能光电池板和其固定装置,太阳能光电池板在面向太阳一侧通过透明绝缘粘合剂层与透明平面薄板粘接在一起,在面向建筑物一面则通过透明绝缘粘合剂层与刚性平板粘接在一起,其固定装置是刚性平板与建筑物之间的连接件。该系统使建筑物增加了自身发电功能,可解决无电、缺电地区的电力供应。

建筑用太阳能光电板
本实用新型涉及一种太阳能的利用装置。
现有的太阳能利用装置一般是独立的太阳能发电系统,未能与房屋建筑融为一体。例如太阳能热水器,由集热板收集太阳热能,并由热管传导热能供人类使用。又如将太阳能光电池置于建筑物屋顶,将太阳光转换成电能,供人类使用。这种装置与建筑物分离,占地面积大,外形不美观,还由于成本相当高,给商业性普及应用带来重重困难。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种建筑用太阳能光电板,将太阳能发电系统与建筑物屋顶和墙壁结合成一体,为人类利用太阳能开辟了新型、实用、美观和低成本的途径。
本实用新型建筑用太阳能光电板的技术方案:太阳能光电板中心的光电池板在面向太阳一侧通过透明绝缘粘合剂层与透明平面薄板粘接在一起,在面向建筑物一面则通过透明绝缘粘合剂层与刚性平板粘接在一起,太阳能光电板上有连接件。
上述透明平面薄板是钢化玻璃、氟碳树脂薄膜或聚碳酸脂薄膜。
上述钢性平板是涂层金属板、金属幕墙、聚脂复合材料板或钢化玻璃板。
上述连接件是条形龙骨和刚性平板四边的连接板,其缝隙之间填泡沫条。
连接件也可以是框架形龙骨。
上述龙骨与连接板之间是螺钉连接。
本实用新型可以与建筑物屋顶连接,也可以与建筑物墙壁连接。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:光电池以新型建材为基材和表层,节省成本,新型建材以光电为主导,延伸了功能。这样使建筑物增加了自身发电功能,不仅解决了无电、缺电地区的电力供应,且可以减少城市建筑物中对电网的电力需求;节省了太阳能光电系统的占地面积,为城市中太阳能发电系统的广泛应用提供了可能;美化了建筑物;为新型光电建筑材料的发展开辟了新的途径。适用于建筑物的屋顶和墙壁。

如图1所示,光电建筑系统是将太阳能光电板11固定在建筑12上的装置,其中太阳能光电池板1,在面向太阳一侧通过透光绝缘粘合剂层2与透明平面薄板3粘接在一起,在面向建筑物一面则通过透明绝缘粘合剂层4与刚性平板5粘接在一起,太阳能光电板由连接件与建筑连接起来。透明绝缘粘合剂层是EVA胶。连接件的实施例:连接件是与建筑物连接的条形龙骨6和刚性平板四边的连接板7,其缝隙之间填泡沫条8。龙骨与连接板之间是螺钉9、10连接。连接件实施例2:可采用将太阳能光电板作成扣板,其扣边与龙骨连接。连接件实施例3是用框架形龙骨,镶嵌太阳能光电板。

1、一种建筑用太阳能光电板,其特征在于:太阳能光电板中心的光电池板在面向太阳一侧通过透明绝缘粘合剂层与透明平面薄板粘接在一起,在面向建筑物一面则通过透明绝缘粘合剂层与刚性平板粘接在一起,太阳能光电板上有连接件。
2、根据权利要求1所述的建筑用太阳能光电板,其特征在于:所述透明平面薄板是钢化玻璃、氟碳树脂薄膜或聚碳酸脂薄膜。
3、根据权利要求1所述的建筑用太阳能光电板,其特征在于:所述钢性平板是涂层金属板、金属幕墙、聚脂复合材料板或钢化玻璃板。
4、根据权利要求1所述的建筑用太阳能光电板,其特征在于:所述连接件是条形龙骨和太阳能光电板四边的连接板,其缝隙之间填泡沫条。
5、根据权利要求4所述的建筑用太阳能光电板,其特征在于:所述龙骨与连接板之间是螺钉连接。
6、根据权利要求1所述的建筑用太阳能光电板,其特征在于:所述连接件是框架形龙骨。
